I just got food poisoning from there. On 8/18
Puked it up less than a half hour later. I won't be back

Dirty & management has a nasty attitude

Food was fine. The floors and tables were very dirty. Had plenty of employees but no one even bothered cleaning.

Please work on keeping your restaurant cleaned up and items filled.
We were there around 7pm on a Monday night.
Walked in and while waiting to order looked around and all tables were dirty to sit at.
Ordered food and all was good except pieces of food scattered all over counters and where we checked out. I asked the guy if I could get a rag to clean a table but he did do our spot only. Went to the pop fountain and no ice and some drinks were empty. Went to bathroom and toilet paper was completely out. Noticed paper towels were being used. I told an employee it was out. Garbage cans were full.
Great food just not a good impression.

Ive always loved chipotle but today was 🔥 The new ranch was fire!

Food was cold, place was filthy. Put it an order at noon for 530pm because I wouldn't have time to place the order later that day. They decided to just make it anyways and let it sit from 12:10 until 5:30. Ice cold and would have got everyone sick had I not seen the time in the receipt after getting home.

Not sure if they just don't care about food safety whatsoever or it was just incompetence but I will never eat here again after this. You have to wonder how dirty and what dangerous food safety practices happen behind the counter if this is what they deem acceptable for customers.

I placed my online order two hours before they open so I wouldn’t have to wait. When I get there I still have to wait ten minutes before it is ready. When I do get it the $10 burrito is smaller than my hand (I’m Asian). I remember when the burritos were twice this size and I would have to cut it in half because I couldn’t finish it. Let’s just say I was still hungry after I finished my burrito. It’s time to try another Mexican restaurant.

Saltiest Chipotle I've ever had. Too much rice. Onions and green peppers were overdone. Not served as much chicken as other locations. Chicken was also in large pieces and some fat on it. Looks like others reviews were accurate. I won't be back to this location.

I wish for once they could use a rice cooker properly. Every Chipotle I have been to has been great. Cottage Grove has consistently been terrible. I just cannot imagine why they are so bad.

Wow 🤩 I actually love the burrito 🌯 it was so delicious and well made, the service was quick and I was comfortable taking my dinner👏🏻
