Guess they ran out of everything….horrible experience only 1/2 of the ingredients we asked for charged for Guac no guac used the app got home and was very disappointed

workers don’t care and don’t give proper proportions of food and also forget to include food items that were paid for. service was horrible and workers seemed upset at having to do the job they are hired for. also out of many items and are not apologetic about it. would not go to this location.

This place clearly has a serious manager issue. I’m going to be specific and unfortunately she declined to give me her and and gave me a business card to call corporate. She was a Mexican manager. The worst take home I want any one to realize is that I returned a wrong order and they put it right back on the rack for the person to pick up. I had opened this order but they still sold it to someone else. I did contact corporate and of course O got one of those silly emails back that they take service serious but never addressed the issue. I would definitely never be going back here!!! Horrible service.

Food is cold everytime I get it. Weather it's take out or dine in. The rice is hard and not soft. The last 10 times iv ate here has been the same outcome.
Times must be hard, my portion size was small. If I removed the lettuce from the top, it would be qualified as Costco sample. So disappointed.

Today was the second time my team has ordered from this chipotle in a row where all of our orders were wrong. One of our orders was fully loaded and arrived with just chicken, rice, and beans.

Twice my company has ordered from this chipotle. Twice they've decided to make up their own orders. Honestly not even hard orders as basic as it gets. Missing ingredients. We are talking about an order for 4 to 5 people. Clearly a management, leadership and organization issue. If anyone has to order dont place online for this place. Go in.

No cheese no guacamole no mild salsa no fajita mix and too many childish disrespectful kids working here and the quality of service and food is a reflection of that. Management needs to figure this place out. Two thumbs down!!!

I couldn't complain about anything more than the portion sizes I get at the location. Anytime I order online to pick up or get delivered by someone to me, the portions are just not there. I shake my bowl to mix up all of the ingredients just to hear it empty with the only weight being rice with sauce on it. My portions every time are little to miniscule to the point I need to be watching them put on good enough portions so I actually get for what I pay for. The biggest scam is that when you ask for double meat, they grab the tiniest ladles' worth of double meat and charge you an additional $5 for double nothing. This is indeed my biggest complaint from a billion dollar company skimping out on giving fair portions to their customers.

People were nice and the store is clean. My issue was like everyone that ive been seeing on social media was the amount of food for the price. Steak i got a scoop and was like 7 small pieces. 1 scoop of beans and their kitchen utensil isnt big so when i say scoop dont think scoop. More like spoonfull

I stopped going to Chipotle after having a bad experience a year ago in a location in another city. This past week I decided to give it a try again and decided to try the Cottage Grove location a chance to earn back my business. I showed up a little after 9:00 p.m. and the sign light was off. I thought maybe they closed at 9:00p.m. I looked on google and it showed they were still open. Sure enough, I went and tried the door and it was open. I went inside and immediately was taken back by how dirty the store was. This was the same experience I had a year ago at another location. The worker seemed put out to be helping me. I was debating on walking out because the food looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. I ended up getting a burrito and chose the chicken because it looked a little better than the other meat selections.
The burrito ended up being good, but I had to try not to think about how dirty the whole store was including where my food was being made. I took pictures of the store as I was leaving to show I'm not making this up. The garbages were overflowing, the drink area was filthy, there was stuff all over the floor, the tables were filthy.
I gave Chipotle another try, but I won't be going back for a long time.

Very poor experience. Told could only order online. Despite having 8 employees working, no one could clean up a very messy drink area or take out the trash. Instead, the four guys making to-go orders are watching football on a phone, keep touching the phone and then continuing to make orders, all without plastic gloves and another is sitting on the countertop. And my daughter found some hairs in her lemonade. Ick.
