Domino's Pizza

We have lived here 2.5 years and never had a good experience with this Dominos. Why do we keep ordering? Because we are a blended family and it’s cheap in a pinch, but I won’t be ordering from here anymore. The pizzas are rarely cut all the way through I honestly thought it was some running joke in cottage grove to deliver crooked poorly cut pizzas. Tonight tho we got the greasiest grossest pizza along with garlic bread that wasn’t cut? And the pasta I KNOW usually has way more in it. The only positive is the people who work there are nice, but I just can’t justify buying cheap food with poor quality. There’s 5 other pizza places in CG and at this point I’d rather spend a little more to get something that will be of better quality. 1 or 2 bad experiences is one thing but it’s been every single time and I’m done.

I have always had good service at this Domino’s. And I’ve eaten at a lot of them. The food is made correctly. It’s always hot and the delivery people are very nice and always say thank you. I say that because I’m not always gotten great service from Domino’s in other cities But the cottage Grove one does do a really good job on service and the food is as good as Domino’s Pizza is gonna get, which is great when you don’t wanna cook and you just wanna get pizza delivery quick to get it done I recommend them.

Vegetarian options: They have all of the typical vegetables available, and they are usually good.

Parking: Parking is really difficult in this parking lot not because of the dominoes but because there’s so many small businesses in the little mall that it’s in so just keep in mind if you’re getting takeout, it may take a minute to get in and out. In the winner of the sidewalk is generally clean and safe to walk on. I also hit up the Caribou for coffee or iced tea sometimes.

We had the lrg deluxe with pineapple, it was the worst pizza I've ever had, it was dry, sloppy barely any sauce, where the hell was the pineapple no mushrooms if your going to say a pizza has these ingredients then maybe you should put them. The staff didn't give a crap, I ordered my pizza online when we got there they said they didn't get it, which was wrong because they sent me a text messages that it was done, maybe if you pulled your head out of your butt an took an actual breath of air, maybe then you can do a better job. I will never go back an I wouldn't advise anyone to go here.

Moved to cottage grove for about 3 years now. Have always had good experience with this dominoes with staff and food. Had both take out and deliveries. Always fresh pizza. My two daughters GO TO ORDER is always the pepperoni pizza and brownies. Decided to do review now because I got a notification of a bad review I gave another dominoes and thought I should also review the ones that I had great experience with. Keep it up guys and gals :)

They are good with consistency but its always my pizza that's missing something. I ask for hot sauce and they NEVER add it. 1/5 times will it be added. I have called but they often mess that up too. :(

Ordered online for pick up. When we got home and opened the boxes, the pizzas looked very sloppy and I feel like I wasted so much money ordering from this location. The chicken was cold and the sauce was clearly just squirted on top of the chicken. Woodbury location set high expectations. Woodburys dominoes pizza was great! They actually seasoned the pizza crust like ordered. The chicken wings were tossed in the sauce before boxing. I will not be ordering from this (CG) location EVER again.

We ordered our pizza online. They didn’t even have the order. So, had to reenter the order. The man that put our pizza together spent a whole two seconds putting the pizza together. There wasn’t enough sauce & where were the toppings?? The guy didn’t really care, he about the amount of toppings or where he put them. Where was the pineapple?? Turns out there was some on 3 pieces and you really couldn’t see them. The whole pizza really didn’t taste very good. I will not order from this dominos again. I think some retraining is in order. Then when the pizza was done, they put it in a warmer, they didn’t even call my name out.

This location can never get an order right. I have never had a correct order from here. Ordered Sausage and Pepperoni and there is never sausage on it. They never have the order made on time either. Extremely disappointed with this location

Offering customers a free emergency pizza with purchase to use on next order. If there ever has been an issue justin or tyler have gone above and beyond to make sure it has been resolved. Wishing reid and dominos crew a happy merry christmas and new years 🎄🎁🎉🙏👼✝️❤️

I don’t usually award 1 star reviews to anyone but today i will make an exception.

I just ordered from Dominos Pizza in Cottage Grove and by the time i received my pizza it was stone cold.

And that was due to poor communication with me on the Dominos Pizza website.

I’m a Senior and i always prefer to order from my Desktop instead of on my phone.

I followed the instructions on the Dominos website exactly and i was headed towards the checkout when the website asked if i wanted Carside Pickup and i said yes.

Since this was the first time i have ordered from the Dominos website, it should have informed me that i would need to order from the Dominos Mobile App in order to utilize the Carside Pickup option.

But the Dominos Website didn’t tell me that and thats where my order went downhill from there.

I drove over to the Dominos Store and waited for 20 minutes in the parking lot for someone to bring out my pizza.

I finally gave up and went inside the store to pick up my stone cold pizza.

On my way in to get my stone cold pizza i noticed a sign by the door that said two things:

1.) when you arrive for Carside Delivery please turn on your flashers

2.) please open the Dominos App and click I Am Here

Now if you recall i wasn’t invited to install the Dominos App before i arrived

And i wasn’t able to see the sign from where i was parked in the parking lot

So i picked up my stone cold pizza and drove home. I live about 5 minutes away from the store and my pizza should have been warm-ish when i arrived at my house

The moral of this story is:

Don’t presume your customers know anything about your company policies and procedures. Take every opportunity to spell out everything and lead your customers every step of the way.

If you prefer that your customers use your App to order that’s fine, but when they start ordering from your website, and they need the App to utilize special features like the Carside Pickup, then you need to tell them that on the website.
