Worst donut selection of any donut shop I've ever been. I grew up eating DD in Brooklyn, NY. The DD's there are stocked. This DD no good. I will not be going back.

Helped take out my order to my car when I had my walker with me. Quick timing with a big order, I expected to wait way longer! Don’t come everyday anymore, but got treated like an old friend when I came in. (Coffee and donuts were very yum too). Very appreciative :)

There was this caucasian boy with glasses who was working there and already had an attitude when I went to order. Then I ordered my food and it was NOTHING what I ordered. Just seemed like he didn’t care to work there. He was just there to collect a check. It’s not hard to mess up an order as I’ve worked there

The workers are lazy, the last few times I went my order was either didn't have what I asked for or too much! Asked for a buttered bagel the whole wrapper it was in was dripping with butter like they poured a half of cup of butter over it and left the rest in the wrapper. Other times no sugar or no cream in my coffee.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Cottage Grove is truly a gem! Logan, the manager, deserves a special shoutout—he is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. He always greets customers with a smile, remembers names and orders, and makes every visit feel personal.
The rest of the team is just as wonderful—everyone is friendly, efficient, and keeps things moving smoothly even during the busiest times. You can tell they care about providing great service.
As for the food, the donuts are always fresh and the bagels are absolutely delicious—my go-to! I haven’t ordered drinks here yet, but based on everything else, I’m sure they’d be great too.

Always extremely slow drive thru. Love Dunkin but really gotta work on the speed in the drive through. It doesn’t seem to matter if there is only 1 car or 6 it always seems to take forever.
