Me and my family decided we wanted coffee and donuts so we went to Dunkin when we got there the employees were standing there with a smile on their faces and a greeting to everyone the drinks and donuts were delicious I would go back everyday if I could and I will continue to go as I can best Dunkin experience EVER!!!

Kaylee the manager is the worst worker ever and has a horrible attitude. She is 100% comfortable being rude to customers. Not greeting them or willing to help out when there is a line. She doesn’t even smile…ever. All she wants to do is pretend to clean behind the counter while serenity does everything. Definitely not manager material at all. Serenity is friendly but gives small scoops of ice cream and is pretty slow moving. This location is poorly managed and I believe it’s worth the drive to head to Woodbury or any other location. This has been my experience here more often than not.

I felt disrespected my first time into Dunkin’ Donuts in cottage Grove, and Nevaeh one of the employees did not wanna help me, she was being very disrespectful , rude and very unprofessional I didn’t deserve that behavior as a paying customer

Service is super nice and respectful, I love the Boston creme and their chocolate sprinkled donut, they also have the Baskin @ Robins as you could tell, but you can taste some free samples, overall it's a 5/5 experience, never had a problem while over there!

Parking: I usually go during the morning and there isn't a lot of people so parking is very great and easy, ps. I always park in the same spot every time I go there lol

It’s a beautiful new location, in a really great part of town! The staff there have always been very friendly and love giving out samples to my toddler.

My server was friendly n competent.

I went to get a small Iced coffee and Large Ice water and the lady charged me for the water and avoided giving me a reciept.. imagine being a paying customer and you cant even get a cup of water for free. Not only that she had a bad attitude and all I did was give my order no other words were exchanged?? I dont think ill be back. Not to mention the dirty cup top… very unsanitary

Worst experience ever paid $4.99 for a waffle cone plus $1.29 for the cone. Got barely a scoop of ice cream literally that's all that was in there was one scoop of ice cream never ever ever going back to Baskin-Robbins Dunkin donuts horrible horrible horrible experience never again do not recommend

Drink ordered was expected, not much caramel flavoring. Charged for a glass of water and pup cup on top of the coffee drink. I will take my walks to Caribou instead.
