Great food. I have ordered from this store at least 10x on their app, they consistently get the orders done 15-20 minutes AFTER the time it states the order will be ready.

The app should know how busy the store is and adjust accordingly.

Want a great made submarine sandwich that's freshly sliced meats assembled while you're there? Well this is your place along with the friendly staff greeting you as soon as you arrive to them asking you to come back again soon I think just a great sandwich shop. Oh and ask to have your sandwich topped off "Mike's Way" for that finishing touch.

My fiancée and I frequent this location. We always leave and talk about how great the customer service is. Everyone there has been absolutely inviting and engaging, but Alayshia is absolutely the best. She is great at making conversation while preparing our food, regardless of the topic, and we always have a good time. She puts in extra effort by writing on our sub bags! It makes us come back and we tip every time. I hope she achieves all that she can within your company. We'll be back soon! Thank you!

We love Jersey Mike's and really like this particular location in Cottage Grove. I have concerns about what I saw tonight. When the restaurant is busy, food safety laws/rules still need to be followed. The counters and floors were a mess, but that didn't bother me until the person making our sandwiches touched another employees phone and checked someone else out handling money and the cash register, and then didn't change her gloves and used those same gloves to pick up our sandwiches to wrap them. Yuck! Please don't get shut down, and please follow food safety rules...no matter how busy you are.

3 workers In there, not one customer in the restaurant and my online order took 30 minutes to make.

By far one of the best places I have ever worked at, kind co workers, even better boss(hi Brittany) would not have worked anywhere else and the food is even better. Always fresh and always served with a smile.

Since moving to the area, this is my go-to restaurant for a number of reasons. The staff is always incredibly friendly, they approach every customer with a smile and energy and happiness and humor. It's not easy to work in the service industry, but these guys and gals tackle it with incredible positivity. Cracking jokes with one another and the customers, no fear in engaging in conversation and trailing down rabbit holes of whatever topic might be in front of them, they are fantastic at working the crowd and making each person feel valued. Whenever I'm too busy to go inside the store and wait in line, I order online, and the staff has remembered my name and have often taken to writing fun greetings on my order, which brightens my day!

Aside from their stellar customer service, I have yet to experience anything other than a great sandwich here. You might expect every now and then to have an average sub, or below average sub, but in my experience I have only had great sandwiches here. Always a plentiful amount of toppings, fresh meat, wrapped well, and packaged with perfection.

Also, and at this point it should go without saying, but their catering is great too!

Stopped in on 6/4/24 in the evening 1 customer besides myself, there was 4 employees plus a manager, waited for 5 minutes before asked what I would like.
The girl making sandwiches did a Good job by the way making a few for the customer ahead me, as I just needed one she made mine quick and slid it over where it sat for awhile, she ask another employee if they could wrap it and bill me.
Their response was they were not to do that.
I work in retail for more than 40 years this is not how you treat your customers.

The bad part is I will not be back and I work nextdoor, oh and I left without my food.
