Ordered two sandwiches to go, both without dressing. One sandwich was correct and one had dressing on it. On the one that was correct however had to pull a long hair out of it. Normally have pretty good product and services at Jimmy John’s, this store not so much.

used to be good. do not order delivery! we ordered online from the website, email reciept received at 12:22pm....it is 1:15pm. still no food. so much not #freakyfast more like #freakyslow worse delivery time ever. but I rwcieved a text they are using Uber eats. had I known that I never would have ordered. door dash would have been fast. this is not. I wish I never ordered my kid a special lunch that is still not here! so very disappointed and I give 0 stars.

Every single time we order from this location there's a problem. I'm currently waiting more than 45 mins for my order, 15 minutes past the delivery window which has been marked as delivered (I'm assuming that's how they get around their corporate metrics) but it isn't. This is not the first time. Jokes on my for ordering from here again I guess.

Jimmy John's has been on a slow and steady decline for getting reasonably priced subs that don't leave you needing more. They are expensive for what you get, which seems to be pretty slim at best, and the costs keep going up.
For their prices, I'd pay a little more to get Jersey Mike's and leave with enough food for now and leftovers for later

We have always ordered Jimmy John's. Last night was not good at all The bread was so over baked it was pretty much inedible. I have given up on calling since our last order was missing part of our order when I called about it, they said oh the driver is on the way! When I called to inquire a few days later since they never returned with the missing food they said our account would be credited...so you have my credit card info from a week ago? Probably not

Can’t get an order right 75% of the time. Two simple sandwiches. One ham and cheese little john with extra ham and pickle only and they out mayo and lettuce on it. One turkey and cheese little john with extra turkey and lettuce and pickle only and they put mayo on it and no extra turkey! STOP ASKING FOR A TIP!!! Done going to JJ’s altogether.
Today is the 5th time we have waited for our sandwiches to be delivered longer then 45 minutes.. id be better off ordering doordash from Woodbury Jimmy John's rather then directly through the app to the cottage Grove store.
Also tried to call the store 9 times with no answer..
