The lady in the drive-through who took my order seemed as though she was rushing me, and she got my order wrong. I asked for no toppings on my cheeseburger and they put ketchup and wiped it off. Also, there was a single piece of lettuce and pickles which I did not ask for. The guy at the window had a weird smirk on his face, so I don’t know what that was about. Will never eat at this McDonald’s again

The McDonald’s in Cottage Grove, MN has been a convenient go-to for quick meals. The service is generally fast and the staff is polite. Whether we’re using the drive-thru or going inside, our experience is usually smooth.

they don’t know how to fill a large fry, or how to put pickles on one (1) sandwich, for $22. TWENTY TWO DOLLARS, and i can’t get a full, fresh fry or pickles on my mcchicken that’s obviously been sitting a while. what used to be a sunlit, cute restaurant, with a fun sprawling REAL playplace is now a dystopian hell with a solitary confinement cell for a “playplace”
you’re better off at carl’s jr, at least they’ll get your order right.
