they don’t know how to fill a large fry, or how to put pickles on one (1) sandwich, for $22. TWENTY TWO DOLLARS, and i can’t get a full, fresh fry or pickles on my mcchicken that’s obviously been sitting a while. what used to be a sunlit, cute restaurant, with a fun sprawling REAL playplace is now a dystopian hell with a solitary confinement cell for a “playplace”

you’re better off at carl’s jr, at least they’ll get your order right.

Ordered my food, young girl taking the order could barely be heard. Then told to drive up to the next window and they had 4 cars go around me and I had to knock on the winfiw to get service

Unfortunate there is no zero star option for when a restaurant gives you norovirus (projectile vomiting, fever) couldn't even drink water without throwing up. I ordered the breakfast through door dash and it came cold no surprise there. But what really sets me off is that I've gone to culinary school and currently work in the fast food industry, I know that literally all you have to do to prevent norovirus is to wash your hands frequently (only really once every hour/ when you change tasks to help prevent cross contamination) My advise, don't entertain restaurants with poor standards because you will get sick. The entry level job for most people is fast food so when you as a manager don't care about cleanliness you'll raise an entire generation with subpar standards. I can only assume no one at this location knows how to serve safe food and if that is the case how can I trust the other locations?? Management better start educating yourselves and your crew members because I don't eat out to get sick, can't think of anyone who does.

My fries were old and soggy and my burger ran so much grease in the box the bun was soggy as can be usually mcdonalds keeps up on standards but not this store

I ordered online and I was charged for it but my order didn’t go through. When I showed the lady working there that I was charged but they didn’t receive the order, she expected me to pay for it again for the same amount of food. She really expected me to pay $10 for my one $5 meal that I was charged for but didn’t receive. Did she really expect me to get overcharged like that? Anyways point of the story is that she sucks at her job, the app sucks, and the atmosphere is dogshit bring back the old big playground it used to be with the zoo theme now it looks like a play set you’d see in sams club for the kids

The workers did a great job keeping the tables, the soda station and the bathroom clean. They were also helpful to me when I had questions placing my order at the kiosk. My 4-year-old granddaughter loved playing at Play Place.

Wow…this place is so fast, efficient, and friendly. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a long time, but it felt like something from the future with the Mobile app ordering.

This has gotten absolutely terrible between the drop in quality and price hikes. Than today going through the drive through girl heard the order wrong I didn't catch it but the guy who I asked if I could get the size drink I asked for had such a crap attitude like mistakes happen but don't need snark about what the order says and I don't have time to wait in the bay for a drink correction went through drive through for speed. Do better I'm gonna be going to taco bell a lot more from now on.
