Noodles was great when they came on the scene years ago. They went through a lull of poor quality and smaller portions for a while… but they’re back! This location in particular. Great food, always follow the special directions on our orders. We always order to-go, so I can’t comment on the dining in experience, but staff has been helpful in our experience.

Very long wait time. Ordered food online. Said it was done and continued to wait over 20 minutes for food to finally get done.

Took 43 minutes for 3 bowls of pasta that came without utensils so I waited 5 more minutes just to get forks. The trash was overflowing to boot.

Update after we got home wife informed me the bathroom was an absolute wreck too...

Their pad thai is delish!

I have been going here once a week for about a year and just found out the the GM Abbie was terminated. This is extremely dissapointing because she help nurture a welcoming environment, every time I saw her there the entire staff seemed to be having a great time and providing exceptional service. Not only was the food always amazing, but the building was always very clean and comfortable. I will not be returning to this location and will find a new business to support.

I have been a regular at this location since it opened, visiting several times a month, and have consistently been impressed with the quality of the food and service. However, I was disappointed to learn that Abbie, the manager, was terminated. In my opinion, Abbie was a valuable asset to the company, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. She will be missed. I am disappointed in leadership for not recognizing what an asset she was. I will not be returning.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. I felt uncomfortable due to the behavior of some of the workers, and unfortunately, the situation escalated to the point where law enforcement had to be involved. Additionally, the food did not meet my expectations. I hope management takes action to improve both their service and overall atmosphere.

Food took forever did an online order for pickup and showed up at the time they told me to be there, and I didn't get my food until 20 minutes later. Never going back.

We have always loved this location, but on our last visit on 8/12/24, we not only were met with incredible food but the absolute best customer service from a staff member, Sawyer, that I’ve ever had! He was so attentive, professional, and got our order perfect. My daughter’s name is Sawyer too so it lit up her face to meet another person with her name and he seemed just as excited! This was a great hire for noodles! Thank you for making our night, Sawyer!

Excellent customer service.

Kinda pricey if you are someone that eats big like I do. The add-ons killed my wallet but my tummy was happy.
