The food is good but we couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Had to ask someone to clean one. There was food all over the floor too.

Avoid this location. Went the last Saturday in June 2025 after dinner rush. Noticed 5 staff working. Ordered. Waited 25 minutes for our simple order, still no food. When inquiring, was told to wait. Staff looked confused, for example it took 2-3 people to work the microwave. Waited 5 more minutes and asked for money back. This place is a shell of how it was a few years ago. Fix your store or sure as the sun will shine you will go out of business.

Avoid Cottage Grove Noodles! If you value your time, money, and respect, don't bother trying this. The Saturday dinner crew was awful. With five staff and two waiting customers, they didn't have our order after 25 minutes, then, when we brought to their attention, they still didn't have it ready after 10 more. We could see them microwaving food in back. Ewwwwww. We requested a full refund and went to the McDonalds down the road.

I was at the noodles in cottage grove and this is worst food. I replaced the noodles with rice noodles and they were hard. We also did not receive the cookie we ordered.
I also questioned the coupon I had and they would not even try and please the customer.

The general manager is a awesome guy

Noodles was great when they came on the scene years ago. They went through a lull of poor quality and smaller portions for a while… but they’re back! This location in particular. Great food, always follow the special directions on our orders. We always order to-go, so I can’t comment on the dining in experience, but staff has been helpful in our experience.

Very long wait time. Ordered food online. Said it was done and continued to wait over 20 minutes for food to finally get done.

Took 43 minutes for 3 bowls of pasta that came without utensils so I waited 5 more minutes just to get forks. The trash was overflowing to boot.

Update after we got home wife informed me the bathroom was an absolute wreck too...

Their pad thai is delish!

I have been going here once a week for about a year and just found out the the GM Abbie was terminated. This is extremely dissapointing because she help nurture a welcoming environment, every time I saw her there the entire staff seemed to be having a great time and providing exceptional service. Not only was the food always amazing, but the building was always very clean and comfortable. I will not be returning to this location and will find a new business to support.

I have been a regular at this location since it opened, visiting several times a month, and have consistently been impressed with the quality of the food and service. However, I was disappointed to learn that Abbie, the manager, was terminated. In my opinion, Abbie was a valuable asset to the company, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. She will be missed. I am disappointed in leadership for not recognizing what an asset she was. I will not be returning.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. I felt uncomfortable due to the behavior of some of the workers, and unfortunately, the situation escalated to the point where law enforcement had to be involved. Additionally, the food did not meet my expectations. I hope management takes action to improve both their service and overall atmosphere.

Food took forever did an online order for pickup and showed up at the time they told me to be there, and I didn't get my food until 20 minutes later. Never going back.
