For the last 2 times I have ordered here they have given me my incomplete orders, I called and they only returned the missing product, plus I had to go pick them up, I wasted time and gas, I pay for their mistakes. Very nice!!

Order was placed August 29th: Absolutely horrible! I placed an online order at 5:15 when I know the store was open it confirmed my order and told me the order would be delivered by 5:43 it's now 7:06 and I have not yet received my order. I called once when my order was 30 minutes late and was told it would be there by 6:38. Now when I call the store, the lady tells me the store is closed for maintenance... They should never have taken my money if the store was closed for maintenance. Also if that's true then their pizza tracker is bogus because it had my order listed as in the oven....Screw Pizza Hut!

Edit: As of Wednesday September 4th, I still haven't been refunded my $42.49, the money I spent on two pizzas and a delivery fee. I was told that night on the phone my money would be reimbursed.

Edit 2: As of Thursday September 19 I have responded to Pizza Hut's response by sending the requested information via the email provided. To this day I have yet to hear back from them or receive my refund for the Pizza I never received. If this ever changes I will update. For now I definitely would not trust this place!

I ordered 4 My Hut boxes for my children through the Pizza Hut app. Everything came out perfectly accurate and on time. The food tasted great and it was the perfect amount. They really enjoyed the meal. The cottage Grove location did a fantastic job!

I ordered for carry out and waited for under a minute after I arrived. Pizza was made as I specified and it was great. I used points for my pizza so I only paid for the pan style crust and tax. Perfect, thanks Pizza Hut.

The last several times I have ordered for pick up, I entered the store only after the website says my order is ready. I wait for several minutes to even be acknowledged, wait longer for someone to check on my order. I was told this time the app timer is wrong (which proved correct after waiting much longer). Fixing the app/web timer would help some of that. Guessing understaffed too. Feel bad for the staff running around to try to keep up.

Hello everyone I went n meet the manager he was young . He was judging me about my race he lied about hiring me as a driver. It's not good to do that let's pray for this company they needs it. They say that they are hiring but it's a different story once u meet them.just be careful. They will hire ppls that doesn't stay with them n reject the ones who's willing to stay long term.

My wife and I have to try this place once a year to remind us how bad it is..they never get our order right and after we manage to get the right food it's always under cooked or over cooked..seriously you have a pizza oven how hard is it?? Never had this problem with other pizza huts...

Called and placed and order, the lady who answered the phone was very short with her responses and kinda rude, I asked for a pasta with just red sauce and noodles and she said they only have Italian meats pasta, I asked nicely if they could remove everything from it and make it just noodles and red sauce I was fine with paying the orginal price of the Italian pasta and she told me they can’t do that, so my question is if someone ordered the Italian meats pasta and wanted no sausage they can’t do that?? She didn’t say anything. Then responded rudely with no you have to get everything which I know isn’t true because I have gotten it the way I wanted before! I was so texted to hang up and call dominos. Also after I paid she said how long it was going to be and hung up I tried saying something before she hung up because I had a question but she hung up right away, this is most definitely my last time ordering which sucks being as my family prefers pizza but over dominos.

I ordered last night and felt like I should share the fact that this place was very gross on the inside as soon as I opened the door it had this nasty smell which I know it’s a pizza place but that smell was awful and as I was paying I noticed the phone they had was caked with gunk and crumbs which was super disgusting. And the women in there were touching all up on there hair than continuing to work… I didn’t even eat the food just threw it out when I got home because of how nasty this Pizza Hut was

The past few times we have ordered from here the food is wrong or missing a whole item off of our order. The most recent time we were there they had put BBQ sauce on our pizza rather that marinera and i had to go back and get another pizza made. Not the easiest when your have an 8 yr old who is hungry.. Get home and now there is a nasty hair on our food. Disgusting. They don't answer the phone when you try to call and let them know your order is wrong so then you have to drive all the way back and then wait for them to make the pizza while you wait yet again... So annoying I wont be back that is for sure.

Unfortunately, I think finding good help is hard right now. 2 times within the past year, I have ordered specific pizza's and they have been delivered wrong (wrong toppings). The first time, I opted for a credit for our next purchase. That credit was never honored. The most recent time, they offered a credit or bringing another pizza, which as over an hour out. The staff was not very friendly, and I opted to just choose not to use them again in the future. When I filed a complaint, as advised by the store manager, I did. Corporate and local store have not contacted me. It's too bad. . .this used to be a great family pizza night when I was growing up and now raising my kids.

Ordered pizza, 2 hours later still not received. Called and they said they couldn’t deliver because the lights were off? I looked outside, lights are on. Why take my phone number if you can’t call? Also was the driver incapable of ringing the door bell. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better Pizza Hut.
