To start off my kid loves pizza ranch. Well that changed tonight. I spend $56 dollars for her to play in the arcade. She hits a 300 ticket jackpot and the machine don’t pay out, I call the staff in and the machine still shows 336 tickets owed only for the staff to tell us that he will give us the 4 credits she payed to play the game but won’t honor the win. Then she plays another game and wins 100 tickets it was the game where you push a button and the arm hit little pucks into a pocket, well that game don’t pay out either and the staff does nothing yet again. I ask if he would put out of order signs up and not an hour later and no signs. Do better pizza ranch do better.

Place was extremely dirty!! Paid for two buffet dinners and big screen asked for tip?? Or anyways went to go look at the food most of it was gone asked when they were going to bring any more food out and was told 10 to 15 minutes and all the tables were dirty And dishes. Everywhere went back to the counter and asked for a refund. And a big girl with severe acne got all angry. It’s not like it was her money but anyways had to wait For the manager to come out front to refund, and when told the manager about the angry acne girl manager, just said, I can’t do anything about her Well, I can. I just won’t return. Good luck people check the food out. Check the tables out before you pay so you don’t have to go through the same hassle.

My wife went to get an order of chicken and a side , Ordered and paid for. Waited for almost an hour to get the food. Your cottage grove location sucks. Just head to Stillwater for better service and food.

Great spot! The only thing keeping them from 5 stars was no tooth picks and the Iced Tea was only water coming out! If those 2 items get rectified I'll upgrade to a 5 star review!

This was our first time at any Pizza Ranch. We had the buffet, and we didn't like it. They had plenty of pizza to choose from, and they kept it stocked. However, none of it was very good. It really taisted like frozen pizzas. The night we went, they also had wings & fried chicken. I thought the wings were ok, but the piece of fried chicken was great. Also, I think it's really overpriced; you can get a much better buffet for the price. Neither of us would ever need to go back.
