For the price (ESPECIALLY for the price for kids), this is a great place to go as a family. Everyone can get what they want, the food is decent to good (not particularly GREAT, but we're talking about a pizza buffet, not a Michelin star restaurant), we've gone probably a dozen times this year. We've never had to wait to pay, staff walks around regularly to collect plates, the buffet is replenished regularly, and we've never had a bad experience with the food or staff. The games are really fun and the prizes seem appropriately priced. Fairly recently a few of the games increased in cost, so that's a shame, and it seems like the game room has recently gotten louder. I'm not sure if there's a volume control on the games, but if they could all be turned down one notch, it would make the game room considerably more enjoyable. Either way... We'll be back!

This was our first time at a Pizza Ranch. Our only previous experience with pizza buffets is Cici's, which we greatly enjoy but has been slowly closing a lot of their locations. We went to this Pizza Ranch around 8pm, which was an hour before closing. Upon arriving, we waited a couple of minutes before someone came out of the back to charge and seat us, which seemed to occur to everyone else who came in after us as well. Normally, this wouldn't bother me too much because the employee was working on food in the kitchen, but there were several busboys who saw each person standing there, but did not say anything to them or to the other employee to come out. Since it was so close to closing time, a lot of the employees were working on cleaning, including mopping the floor and vacuuming very close to where people were eating. The food was not exceptional, but it was good and plentiful for a buffet. The employee working the counter and kitchen was very nice and even made us a specialty pizza (mac and cheese) despite it being late. Overall, we would go back to a Pizza Ranch if there is one nearby and we're in the mood, but would not seek one out.

They have some of the most awful food I have ever tasted. High in salt and fat. Totally unhealthy. And just tastes bad. The games are fun. The price is high for what you get. -- this is in response to Pizza Ranch wanting me to call them based on my review. -- You asked for a review and I gave you one. It is not my responsibility to call you. You have so many bad reviews. My advice is straighten up the way you do business or close.
