They do not adhere to allergy requests. I consistently get regular milk instead of my ordered oatmilk, even when I tell them I’m allergic to dairy. They also don’t use a clean shaker when asked unless I make a big deal about it (which isn’t fun for anyone!). I just want my yummy coffee treats but definitely will need to go elsewhere.

Been going here for years now and about 5% of the time that I go to get my order correct? This is one of the worst Starbucks ever. How hard is it to read the label on the tags? I always get the same thing a hot caramel macchiato. Last week I stopped in to get my usual and it had no flavor. It was straight espresso with milk. Today I stopped in to get my usual and it came out ice macchiato. Iced coffee is nasty to me so I had to sit and wait for them to make a different one the correct way. I'm always waiting for them to correct what they should be doing the first time. I am done stopping at the Starbucks. Too many incompetent people working at this place.

Usually have a great experience here, today the girl working drive through was mumbling while taking my order and acting like I was a big inconvenience even being there. Then, I asked for a straw and I’m pretty sure she rolled her eyes at me lol. Dang, I won’t inconvenience you anymore and just stop going. She was probably having a bad day , but I feel like you shouldn’t take that out on us.

This place is usually busy as expected for the morning rush, but the staff are so friendly and professional.
Great little Starbucks with friendly employees. The only thing to note is that it is a small Starbucks, so if you are looking for a large space or have a large group, this may not be the place for you.

No point in ordering ahead through the mobile app because they won't start your order until you are in the store and manage to (hopefully) get the attention of a staff member to make it. Then, it will be another 15-20 minutes before they get to it.This never used to be a problem until about 5 or so months ago. Not sure what changed. Drinks used to always be ready when I pulled up. Now, it completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, and I am beginning to transition to Caribou because of it.
