Look- everyones gonna tell you that its bad, but tell me when you have ever seen the starbucks employees have a combination on who can make the best drink, set out mini samplers, then make you their drink if prompted. Dont get me wrong, they are probably underpaid, and sometimes act like it, but they aren't lazy or hate their jobs by any means. Plus they make my carmel frapp really well.
10/10 best starbucks in town.

Can't get a simple drink right overtime i go there theres either something missing or something that was made wrong paired with bad customer service experience all around. Would give 0 star if could because rhe quality isn't there at all. Will be going to the one across town tho for future reference đ
If I can give zero stars I would. So dirty I donât think k they wash their hands at all. Trash behind counters. Filthy coffee containers. Donât go there.

Horrible experience after waiting 30 mins because the ladies forgot to turn on the oven in the morning we finally got the sandwichâs we ordered and they looked like hockey pucks after all that all we got was to listen to them fight behind the counter about who forgot to turn on the oven

Horrible service!!! First of all had to say Hi myself to one of the employees so I could start my order, second of all after we order I saw another employee making a drink for my mom incorrectly, and I stated that it was being made incorrectly and I got told that I was wrong. BTW, I work at a corporate Starbucks myself, not trying to sound pretentious here, but I could tell they were being made wrong. Totally understand if itâs an issue with training, but definitely couldâve been said much better! We ended up walking away and I could tell my drink was made incorrectly so I came back and got asked how I wanted it made then, The employee grabbed my drink without saying a word and threw it in the sink and begin to remake it. The whole vibe of me getting my drink was basically that they didnât care about their jobs and it was everyoneâs job to know that
-Just wanted to put this out there for future reference, Thank you!

Manager Nick is very helpful, listened to my questions, offered to help every time I need a product!
This place gets slower every time I go.After placing my mobile order waited almost 20 minutes after my estimated pick up time. The place wasn't terribly busy on the inside only 2 people actually at the tables and only 2 mobile order stickers on the ledge. While I was there a customer walked in no one even looked at her and then she walked up to the counter and asked 'so do download the app and just order online' and the person behind the counter said 'ya you can do that'. The lady just walked out. Kinda funny but kinda sad. Do they not take orders anymore in-store ?

One of the only Starbucks that listens to you when you ask for less ice! Sounds stupid, I know. But places these days are not always under the best management and there (obviously) tends to be more complaints that come with that. I appreciate the service!
Parking: Limited parking but great drive thru staff :)

I went there with my friends, one of them paid with a 20. Jayla (not sure if she still works there but Iâve seen her on multiple occasions) gave 3 dollars in change. We went up and told her our friend paid with a 20, no big deal just a mistake. Then, next time I went there, I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch with no whipped cream (donât really like it) and extra caramel (I like the sweetness of it) and she gave me no caramel drizzle at ALL. Whatever. She also didnât give me a straw, whatever. My mother told her she didnât do it right and told her I asked for extra caramel. Jayla put probably less than the normal amount of caramel. Third encounter, Jayla wasnât taking my order but she was making it. Same thing every time. She never puts the caramel on the side or bottom (maybe itâs not something they do at the target Starbucks) and whatever caramel she would add would drip down the sides.Overall horrible experience every time I go there. Iâve given it so many chances.

If I could give negative stars I would. The store hours say 8pm and Iâve came on multiple occasions at 7:50 and the girl working always says they are closed. Change the hours if your workers are going to slack off. I understand short staffed situations as I work in one myself but I NEVER close before store hours. Youâre losing good business.

constantly close before their closing time?? Why have the website say until 8 if itâs not.

About a month ago, I bought a $12.50 Starbucks gift card from the Cottage Grove Target Starbucks. When we tried to use the gift card at this same location a couple weeks later, a young male employee said the card didn't work. Ultimately, we we able to use the card with NO ISSUE at two different Starbucks in Woodbury. Also, this location is often single-staffed, so it can take a long time to get your drinks. I don't know who makes this decision, but if you go to any other Starbucks, you can see that they have quite a few employees there at all times. You should treat these employees better. It's really hard for them when there's a long line of people. If you're in Cottage Grove, I recommend going to the HyVee Starbucks or stand-alone Starbucks instead of the Target Starbucks.
