This place is 2 easy, literally stood there for 15 minutes while the only kid working botched a drive through order then continues to tell us how he thinks they drove away without paying lol the entire store is a slum and I'm not even talking cause it's under construction the floors were dirty and all the tables, they don't take food safety important here the only veggies I got on my sub were the ones that didn't look nasty asf they have the cooler cranked to where everything is iced over... Gfs meatballs were cold, over half of the fountain drinks didn't work and the one I did use blew up on me lol man I miss when going to subway was awesome, n guess what the only other one in town ain't much better my friends

I came in about 4pm, waited about 10 minutes and nobody ever came to help me! I ended up just leaving. The guy working saw me, said nothing, walked in back and never came up to help me. Going to be making a complaint with corporate.

Went there for dinner with my family of 5, place is under construction which is fine, two male workers were extremely slow and unpleasant. My husband ordered a ham sub with provolone, he got four half pieces of cheese on his foot long sub, so every three inches had cheese. Very odd but whatever again. I ordered a meatball sub, I watched the guy take the container of meatballs out the the little cooler, put them on my sub, add the cheese and then put in the toaster (I looked at my husband and said ummm the meatballs are cold????) again thought ok maybe they will be warm out of the toaster. Ok hot all my veggies on my sub, paid for our food, sat down at one of the tables with my family to eat. Opened my sub and of course I want to feel if my meatballs are warm and loan and behold they were ICE COLD, walked back up to the counter and said the meatballs are ice cold, they asked if I wanted it toasted again, I said no, I want a new one made with warm meatballs, because I don’t want my veggies toasted. So they made a new one, no apology. Ad I was getting my new sub made, I watched the other guy make a meatball sub for an online order, took the meatballs out of the same cold cooler, put cheese on and took his finger and felt the persons meatballs. Like What in the world!!!!!! Why the hell are ice cold meatballs getting served??? I would be so mad if that was my online order that I paid to get delivered and had cold meatballs! First the subway off 80th had horrible service, now the only other one in town! Will never visit a subway in cottage grove again!

It's Subway, If your looking for a sub-sanwhich you can't go wrong. You order the sub you want, you pick the bread, you pick what you want on it olives, pickles, mayo, vinigerette plenty of choices..so if you know what you like you can not go wrong. The people that were working there tonight were kind and had smiles on their face. The other person that was there was cleaning as I got there close to closing time. That means they keep the place clean. They were young and that is good to see, they are responsible and able to run a business.

Paid $18 for the thinnest subway sandwich Iv ever got. Four of the drink options are out of order. Bathroom looked bad. Soap dispenser in bathroom was also bone dry.

Do not place an online order with this location. If something is sold out or discontinued you will not get a refund. Not through the store nor through subways website. Worker was nice but said they couldn't refund at the store I had to do it through the way I ordered but the app does not give that option and no response from the customer service online. So I still have not received a refund for a discontinued item.
I messed up my drive-thru order, and the kind gentleman replaced it with what I wanted!

Ordered 3 sandwiches: one 6" and two;12"
The 6 inches one was bigger than the footlongs!
Ordered them in flatbread, and there was one of them so hard was imposible eat it. It is my first and last time ordering here.

The parking lot lights have been out for a year and now the drive through is broken, the food and service has taken a nosedive as well. Looks like the place is going out of business? Surprised that corporate allows this place to carry their name.

Got there at 7 workers seemed pissed when we wanted to get food. Rotisserie chicken was not Shredded and when asked he flipped out. Will never be back to this subway. Horrible customer service. Felt completely unwanted.

Sandwich made girl kept putting the wrong toppings on. Then gave me the Sandwich with the wrong sauce after i said no sauce. I feel bad because she is working alone. Also the condiments always look old when i am in there. This place has been getting worse and I have no way to contact the manager. So here i am making a review.... ain't that i have stale bread & brown pickles ?
