The parking lot lights have been out for a year and now the drive through is broken, the food and service has taken a nosedive as well. Looks like the place is going out of business? Surprised that corporate allows this place to carry their name.

Got there at 7 workers seemed pissed when we wanted to get food. Rotisserie chicken was not Shredded and when asked he flipped out. Will never be back to this subway. Horrible customer service. Felt completely unwanted.

Sandwich made girl kept putting the wrong toppings on. Then gave me the Sandwich with the wrong sauce after i said no sauce. I feel bad because she is working alone. Also the condiments always look old when i am in there. This place has been getting worse and I have no way to contact the manager. So here i am making a review.... ain't that i have stale bread & brown pickles ?

Drive thru was down and says pull up to the next window. I pulled up and whoever that boy was working in there ignored me twice. Stayed there for 5 minutes and I didn't get any help at all. Need to find better people to work there or else train them properly. Bad customer service.

Jordan was completely disrespectful trash talking .y order and my family to other customers with my two small children and I in the store waiting for our order. He locked customers inside the building as well as locked customers out. He was grossly rude to his coworker as well. I do NOT recommend going to this subway as long as he works there.

This subway was having computer issues at the time we stopped in and could only take cash. The staff was apologetic and friendly. Stuff happens but they were very nice about and luckily we had cash. Nice large open new building with plenty of seating and parking.

I go here often and they usually are pretty quick and do a good job. They have a drive through with touchscreen ordering, which is convenient, but they need to have it updated to include their new menu options. None of the new sandwiches are on there.

3 for 3 of my last attempts to get good here, I received subs that were incorrectly made, sometimes to laughable degrees (options swapped from one person's sub straight to another persons)... The failure consistency is so predictable, that it would lead one to presume there was a technology problem (maybe tickets are being printed in a different language or the computers are set to practical joke mode)... IDK but we just won't be rolling the dice here any more.

Ordered a tuna sub with double meat. They first tried to short me double me and wound up with 1.5 times not 2.0 times the meat. I had a coupon for 6.99 for the sub and with double meat it should have been 9.99 plus tax. I paid almost 12 dollars. Not good business to screw the customer.
