i placed a mobile order as i usually do. once i got up to the window i was barely spoken to by the cashier to confirm anything. once i took a bite out of my chicken enchilada burrito i found out it was not only never heated up as all the cheese was still shredded and not melted but i doubt it even had chicken. i have never had such a horrible experience with any taco bell like this one. the first time i placed an accidental order then was told i wouldn’t be charged if i didn’t pick it up but was still charged anyways. will genuinely never be returning to this location and prefer the one on tamarack in woodbury any day!

Ordered online, pulled up and grabbed my drinks. The lady said to pull forward so I can get my food. Waited 15 minutes with no luck and had to move out of the way for other cars that were honking at me. Pulled around again and was told that they had my food. They apologized but when I got home I realized one of the drinks was halfway full and they didn't even give the right sauce.

I don't know who was doing the Night Window on August 19th, but you're really cool, my guy. That was the nicest customer service I've ever had at a Taco Bell, I'll be coming back here.
