Worst cheese burger I’ve ever had. Not sure how you dry out a burger patty and still have it pink on the inside !? They don’t smash the patties, used old brown lettuce and way too much mayonnaise. Not to mention this place smells really odd inside

Walked in place was dead, had 2 people look up and one guy,walks out of bathroom with apron already on,and walks back to the line,still waited 5 minutes, nobody said anything until I said forget it and walked out.that location is always a hit or miss ,that was my final time ,they should shut the doors!

Only place you can go in Cottage Grove where there is about a 95% chance something will be wrong or nasty with your order. The franchise owner and or Wendy’s either doesn’t look at their reviews or doesn’t care. Have given them multiple opportunities for them to get it right and I think I’m done with this location. I’ll stick to the 100% chance my order will be right at the McDonald’s down the street when I want some fast food.

$13 for bad fries and nuggets. Upcharged for a large meal without asking simply because they didn’t have medium cups. Only thing I really liked was my free jr frosty. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but the staff was not understanding and offered me a single dollar when I asked for a partial refund. Sad to see Wendy’s has really fallen off.

For the second time in a row at the Cottage Grove location, I ordered a burger without mayo, and I drive away only to find out there IS mayo on my burger and it is cold! This time I specifically asked again at the window if it was no mayo and they assured me it was! The fries are cold and definitely not fresh. What a waste of time and money....
My fries were cold. I ordered at 4pm. Fastest way to get my to stop considering you as a place to eat is to give me old food. I'm neutral on this spot

Never ran to write a Google review so fast in my life. This was by far the worst meal I have ever purchased from a faat food place. All of my food was incredibly cold. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and got no cheese. Went back in asked for it to be corrected. Staff was very polite and remade extremely fast. However, the new patty had a dried piece of cheese adhered to one side and a fresh cold piece on the other. The ONLY good thing about this whole order was the frosty because it came out of a machine. Very disappointed.
