We ordered a big order and are missing 5 items off our order. We do not live in cottage Grove and understand that wendys is busy. But for me to come in and instantly feel the negative vibes from your cashier and cook during the 2pm shift was very unwelcoming. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ENERGY.
DONT MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL UNWANTED AND RUSHED. DIDNT EVEN GET A Receipt. It's 2025 I know we all going thru it but please consider your energy and customer service.

Service was fast as typical fast-food. Food was good and neatly made. Taco salad, chili, chicken bacon sandwich and fries. All were good! We ate inside. The store was bare and the room temp was as cold as the decor.

50 50 on if you get your food hot or cold. Worked at Wendy's for 2 years, I know how long it takes for fries to get cold. Just went and my fries were so cold they were unpalatable, my nuggets were quasi fresh, and my sandwich was made wrong. (I asked for no pickles.)

Gross bacon undercooked. Fries were never brought out as promised but we watched two employees playing with the fries as they stood and talked and one employee on phone. Service is terrible here. I keep trying but I think I am done now. We won't be back.

The two times I've been there, they've messed up my order and I'm over it. First time, whatever everyone makes mistakes, second time, they gave me the wrong burger and of course no receipt.

My friends and I went to Wendy’s for breakfast at about 9am. First, the door was locked. When we asked them they said it was broken. We did get in the back door. The two workers didn’t seem very polite and took a while to take our order when we were the only ones there. Our food was decent, but it was about 50 degrees in there and we were super cold.

Food was cold, they had no ketsup, didn’t give me any napkins. Service was terrible couldn’t understand the girl at the window she had to get someone else to tell me the total because she couldn’t speak English!
Come on Wendy’s really!?! I definitely won’t be back there again!

Sick of this location. The workers are so lazy and stingy. I ordered a JBC but the incompetent lady taking my order kept putting cheeseburger. I corrected her three times. The kitchen obviously made the order ahead and when there was a change instead of the kitchen to remake the sandwich they just slap some bacon on and call it a day. There was ketchup all over it and it was so unappetizing and didn't taste right. In the past this location has been out of lots of items as well. Unusual. Finally WHATS UP WITH THE ICE??? Dear Wendy are you going through an ice shortage or what?? THREE ICE CUBES ISNT ENOUGH! And last but not least this location is NOT friendly.
