Irishman's Shanty offers an excellent breakfast experience, with perfectly cooked veggie omelettes and hearty 4 oz steak and hash brown skillet meals. The atmosphere is nice, and the breakfast prices are reasonable. The staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful, making the dining experience enjoyable. The food is flavorful, hot, and fresh, with highlights like the delicious Irish Stew and great tasting hamburgers and fries. However, the walleye dinner and coleslaw were disappointments, with the walleye being deep-fried without a nice flaky breading, and the coleslaw dressing being too hot. Despite any shortcomings, many guests have had wonderful experiences, praising the service and cleanliness of the restaurant, making it a great place to meet and gather in the community.
