They let a turkey sandwich w Mayo sit on a counter for two hours. They refused to remake. They admitted they have issues w door dash being late. They did not care about the quality of the food that was going to the customer. The lady hung up on me. If you use door dash expect a 2 hour delay and possibly tainted food. They did not refrigerate. They did not care. They only wanted their money. To the owner, get your dhit together

Ordered online and waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. The guy looked directly at us several times and ignored us. Before you say anything, for the first several minutes, we were the only ones in line. We’ll drive to Brainerd from now on, despite the inconvenience.

My 1st time at this location/in this city too! I had a coupon, but then I realized it had expired two months earlier. The employee was super nice and didn't make new feel like an idiot, thankfully! Thank you for that! I took a few pictures, enjoy! GPS is a little odd, so pay attention. Make sure you get the coupons or use the app to save money

Ordered pick up.Said we didn’t order chips,ahh what,here is the receipt with chips on it.So with tip they took us for 6:69.Glad we decided to eat there after months.Guessing it will be a long time before we go back there.Thanks for taking our money for nothing.

Went to the storeOrdered a footlongExtra meat and cheeseDidn't seem to have a normal amount let alone extraI wasn't there. My husband had gone. I was extremely disappointed when he brought it home and I saw it.I didn't rrealize I needed to be there to watch how it was done. And the meat and cheese weren' spread around evenly. Chunks in some areas, while nothing in others. Sloppy.Also I can't eat vegetables.Which is why I ask for extra cheese. I understand charging extra for the meat but why the cheese when I'm not getting veggies?Or why not subtract from the price because I don't get veggies?2nd time I've been unhappy

After a terrible experience with Hot Stuff Pizza, we went to Subway. The staff went above and behind to make us feel appreciated. They are very organized and friendly. The food was fresh and great. Highly recommend that you stop and get some food. You will not be disappointed in any way!
