We three ladies decided to stop for “dessert” after we had dinner somewhere else. We sat up at the bar because we love to watch Mixologists work their magic!! The young bartender acknowledged us right away and let us know it would be a few minutes. She was making cocktails for a table of 6. We let her know it was fun to watch her work and not to rush!! Hard Water is a very cool bar in the middle of Crosby. I love the combination of a little bit dive bar, not too much but a little that that still fits with the well thought out cocktail list. The bartenders are well trained and do a nice job of whipping up anything that you like. This is a big ice cube place, which is somewhat hard to find up here.

Amazingly creative cocktails complete with theatrical presentation. Fantastic and unexpected fun after a day of biking. The owner Mike is very engaging with great stories about everything. No food, though - but worth the stop for a drink!
