we had dinner there last night the food was really good and why I like coming there is for the chicken cort on blue with ranch dressing
Great service and the best food we had in the days we vacationed in crosslake!! Loved the vibe and wish we hadn't gone on our last evening so we could have stayed longer!
Chicken seems good. Cheese curds were good. Friendly fun atmosphere where the locals know each other

Patrick is serious about providing really good food at very fair prices. The burgers are really good, the broasted chicken is wonderful, the ribs are finger licking good, and the walleye sandwich is the best in the area… all of which deserve a side of their fresh cut fries, my fav! Top it off with your favorite beverage or high-end bourbon that no other establishment can beat price-wise. Go check it out once and I’ll bet you will be back.

It was not as great as my visit a couple of weeks ago. It was busy, so maybe they were short staffed? The lime in my drink looked really old. I ordered the fish special. The fish was tasty, but the breading wasn't what I expected. My friend didn't like the breading on her walleye either. We had to ask for things multiple times. I'll try again because I had the broasted chicken a couple of weeks ago, and it was great.

I had family growing up in Crosslake and have always had a great time. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience this time. Some friends and I went out for the weekend stopping at Patrick's first, and the owner was completely disrespectful. He stood over me, waving his hands in a shooing motion, then yelled MOVE. Then, not even 5 mins later, told another female in our group who was standing in the vicinity of his bar stool, "you can't stand here" and placed his hands on her to physically move her. We left immediately. Not okay. Do better.

Great burgers and chicken wrap was delicious. Looks small on the outside, but there is plenty of room on the inside. A nice bar atmosphere.

Nice patio, but poor service and underwhelming food. With all the positive ratings, I was pretty excited to check this place out. My first impression was that it was a bit of a dive bar, but not much different from any other bar/restaurant in the area. The patio overlooking the lake was quite lovely, though, and the chairs were nice bouncy chairs.
Where I was disappointed, though, was with the service. The waitress greeted us relatively promptly, but I asked for a beer and water, but only received my beer. When she stopped back again to take our order, I politely asked for water again. It was hot, and I was very thirsty. The third time she stopped by to bring the food (super salty cheese curds and salty fries), I told her, "And I'm waiting on that water still." She responded with a very curt, "Sorry, we're really busy," and proceeded to passive aggressively return with a pitcher of water and empty cups.
It was the 4th of July weekend, and I know they were super busy, but that doesn't excuse rudeness. I can forgive lax service, but the passive-aggressive response to having to be reminded 3 times to bring something that should have been provided when we sat down and without prompting was extremely disappointing.
As for the food, the appetizer came out with the meal, which was also kind of disappointing. I will say, though, the burger was pretty tasty, even though it wasn't what I ordered, though not surprising given the rest of the service. The battered fries, which were an uncharge, were pretty mediocre, though. I wouldn't order them again if I came back.

I love sitting out on the deck. The food/service is great and it's very relaxing watching the lake and listening to the sounds of nature.

A few bites into his fettuccine my son found a dead bug in his food and didn't eat anymore. When we mentioned it to the waitress she quickly said it was from the lake and walked away. We tried to politely engage with her again and she quickly walked away. She said she talked to her manager and because we ate outside nothing could be done. I suppose it could have been a passing bug that happened to quickly get mixed into the food and died. But either way an apology, maybe a discount, something to acknowledge that the food was not to standard where it was eaten would have been appreciated.

Ribs…ribs are the best ever! I lived in Kansas City and these are still the best ribs. Au gratin potatoes for the side is a must also!
They advertised they are open till 11pm and were closed at 10:30pm. So we missed out.... :(
