“We had our golf luncheon at Maucieri’s and it was wonderful! Dawn and staff took care of every detail in making our event fun and worry free. We can rave about the meatballs and “gravy”. We also had a wonderful tossed salad dressed properly, not soupy with too much dressing. If you are planning a special event consider this gem in Crosslake!”

“The young man with the wrist brace deserves a raise for doing a great job! Weve been in 2 times this month and both times hes helped us! Hes been kind, built 2 awesome subs & checked us out! As a business Owner myself id be proud to have a staff member thats always prepping and cleaning between customers and when he had a customer he was extremely calm & worked clean! By clean I mean not mixing veggies when building the sandwiches and veggies were not all over the counter or floor! Service was great & food was awesome!”

“We were staying at a Airbnb in crosslake And we were looking for a place with fun drinks And found OX lake. Started with. French 75 it came in a cool glass and flower yummm Then tried the Lilly it also came in a fun glass and large ice cube and flower I had 2 My husband had a nonalcoholic mule We ordered the cauliflower bites Sat by the window in this fabulous seating area We loved it so much we returned the following evening And the lounge are was made into 2 Separate seating areas Perfect , loved it Enjoyed the Lilly and the French75 The. I made a mistake n I didn't realize it was my mistake an they didn't argue or have attitude. They just handled it remarkably well n then I found what I was missing and feel bad. N I want to apologize for my mistake. N I'm hoping no one got fired over it. You Pine River people are awesome. I just want to say.”

“The view and decks are the best thing about Moonlight Bay. The inside is open with lots of room so you don't feel you are sitting on top of each other. The food is nothing to brag about, my fish sandwich came with "Dill Sauce on the side" it was a pre packed tartar sauce (like you would get at McDonald's). Just know you aren't going for the gourmet dishes. You are going for the ambience.”

“Happened upon this place and glad I stopped. The MN scramble was delicious and unique, with lots of wild rice, sausage. It was creamy and savory like it may have had cream of mushroom soup.

Good strong coffee and a clean dining area. It's counter service and self seating, but the staff were still very attentive.”

“Really good food, the white cheddar hashbrowns are delicious. It was a short walk from where we are staying. Pamela gave us an excellent experience! Ivana is also amazing! They are both very kind, accommodating, and helpful. It was a great vacation stop.”

“A group of friends and I were at the Commander on Friday and Saturday night...we were so impressed with our waitress both nights. She was working with a broken arm and was always there when we needed a drink or something from the menu. She had a great attitude and was super fun. I believe her name was Alyssa.”

Vegetarian options: I ordered the salad version of one of the new sandwiches. The server was so helpful and conscientious! He had 6 customers before us, and even though he was the only one working, he acknowledged each of us, and was concerned to get our orders correct. Awesome service and food! This kid represents Subway well!”

“Food was very tasty. Had the Wed night steak special. 14oz New York strip, potatoes and veg. Very reasonable at $26. I did think it was rather plain tho and should have included a roll or small salad even tho it was special. Service was good. If you have mobility issues and go not have the ability to have someone drop you at the door it can be a challenge. There are steps leading up from parking to front door. Handicapped parking up near the entrance would be a great improvement.”
