I'll tell you right now, I'm a frequent flyer of DQ's and the DQ in Cross lake is phenomenal. The food was HOT ?, the service was great ? and the young man who was helping me after the headset died was awesome at overcoming the challenge and was able to get me my food on time and it was hot when I got home 10 mins later. Thanks

This is the nastiest place to eat, if your getting your food to go you should have no problems, however, if you plan on eating outside since you can’t eat inside, prepare for a rancid trash smell and an absolute relentless barrage of flies while you try to eat.

I have never been treated so rudely by a place that is suppose to put a smile on your face! I called over the weekend to order a birthday cake for later next week. I was interrupted after my first 5 words and was told I can NOT order any cakes for this weekend and that they have over 100 cakes in the freezer and he will deal with it when I come in. I tried again to say I didn't want it for this weekend but was again interrupted and talked over. I never even got to say one full sentence. What terrible customer service and after reading some of the reviews it is no wonder the orders are incorrect, no one listens to the customer. I will be headed to Pequot Lakes Dairy Queen to make our special day memorable!!

Third time with a big mess up on my order at this DQ. The twice repeated “no chocolate please” must’ve gone over their head, the chocolate looks to have been nearly doubled. Going to have to just get brownie ice cream at cones from now on :/

I needed food to cure my hangover and the fries were literally splashed with warm oil, maybe, they were floppy as grandpa and I would’ve believed you if you told me they were microwaved. My hangover lingers

I ordered a Strawberry shake on the app and I had to wait 30 minutes before I got it. I watched several people go up to the window, order and get their food while I was still waiting for my shake. When I asked them about it they said they hadn't even started yet. When I finally got it I got no apology. And the kicker is that the sign asks you to order on the app yet if you do they will make you wait a half hour for a simple order.
