Best meat I have had in myLife. Get the tenderloin. Everyone I have served it to says the same. And I have eaten at many many steak houses. So tender you can cut with a butter knife. We all did it. You cannot go wrong at this butcher shop.
This place has the best meats, try their Riverside Burgers they are absolutely the best burgers, also try the London Broil they are fabulous. I cook all the meat I get from them on my Pit Boss. Grand Champion Meats and Pit Boss, 2 great combination's. This is a smoked salmon with a honey glaze and a London Broil I did on the Pit Boss.
