Handmade pasta up north?! What's not to like? My favorite was the Baked Rigatoni. Excellent service, too.

As always, Dawn & her crew did a fabulous job. Took my 5 yr old granddaughter, who loves spaghetti, on a date night to where else, but the place with best spaghetti in Minnesota ?, she was thrilled. Scott was our server & he was great & very patient with a 5 year old. Thank you! She also loved the chocolate lava cake, big bonus as she asked multiple times if I thought they'd have cake there as well ??. The shrimp scampi over fettuccini that I had was very good as well. Successful date night!

I gotta say, this homemade Italian food is absolutely top-notch. The chicken parm is off the charts delicious, I swear. It's so good that I can't even bring myself to wait a measly 30 seconds before devouring it to snap a photo for a review.Parking: Ample parking

Took a drive to Cross Lake today to check out the community, shopping, and restaurants! We found Maucieri’s Italian Bistro Restaurant and Bar….49 years of authentic Italian’s with a passion for food and service! Originally from Chicago. From scratch pasta daily! Lee had the Chicken Alfredo, I chose the Rose Sauce Pasta. We enjoyed a fresh lettuce salad and bread. The owner, Dawn, treated us, as first timers, to her Tiramisu! Delightful and Delicious from start to finish. Very good service and nice atmosphere! Thank you… we will be back! Michelle and Lee Gauer

We tried Maucieris and were so glad we did! Super friendly host and waitress! The food was amazing! Best garlic cheese bread (the size of a small pizza)! Huge portions and great prices! We will definitely make this a regular fav!

Locals recommended this restaurant for great Italian food. Upon entering, it looked a lot like a local VFW with a large bar in the center and many high tops. It was early in a Saturday, so not many people in there. The host proudly stated that they were currently making their pasta home made, so the expectation was high. We ordered cheese bread which came with a red sauce. The bread was crusty and buttery and cheesy, exactly what you'd expect, but the sauce was flat, without any particular notable Italian spices, garlic, basil or flavor at all. We ordered Lasagna, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and Stuffed Shells. My shells were baked and burnt into a serving dish. Sadly they used the same lackluster flavored sauce in the shells and lasagne. The noodles were undercooked and sticky so after about 3 bites, I was done. The fettuccine had an ample amount of flavorless chicken and plenty of nothing sauce on it. My friend was starving, but she could only choke down a few bites as well. The lasagna came in the same burnt serving dish with sticky noodles and the very same flat flavorless sauce. This dinner was the only disappointment of our trip to Cross Lake. We didn't have the heart to complain about our food because we didn't want to squawk to the server who didn't make the food. For anyone coming from the cities, if you know what authentic Italian tastes like, and your in the mood for pasta, skip this restaurant and grab some much more affordable cans of Chef Boyardee from the grocery store, because it pretty much tastes the same.

Maucieri’s is the best place to eat Italian in the Brainerd Lakes area and the servers are delightful. It’d be 5 stars except the ambiance is like a bar, which is fine, but it could be cuter or cozier.

We had a great golf luncheon. The food was great and everyone raved about the meatballs. With linen tablecloths and Dawn’s attention to our event it was a classy worry free event. Consider Maucieri’s for your next event or just a night

This is my second time disappointed coming here. Nothing there is good, food is so plain. The bruschetta was literally an un toasted piece of bread with tomatoes on it. do not recommend!

They have some wonderful specials. We enjoy going to eat and lots of bar seating to catch up on local news.
