I’ve been to the Riverside twice this year and both times the experience has been the same. The restaurant is a dated Northwoods dining room with a bar. Both times the room seemed too cold. The service was slow. There was only one server for the restaurant and one in the bar. The food is very good and worth a stop.
Not the fanciest place... bit awesome people and terrific food. Their fried chicken is extra special home recipee... great ribs, steak and I had the best split pea soup ever. No room for their home made ice cream, so return trip for that!
