We came on 4/11/24, when their credit card system was down. Thankfully we had cash & a gift card. They had clear signs on their doors stating cash & online orders only and they repeated it to everyone standing in line. We tipped well and were patient. One short man, in line after we sat down to eat, wasn't patient. (I couldn't hear the incident) He eventually apologized, and another customer gave them kudos for the way they handled it. I wish Chipotle would employee folks that want to serve their food. The food is always low, portions skimpy, very messy, long wait, and uncomfortable to communicate with those on shift. It's hard to come here but it's the nearest location. Parking lot is always chaotic but Aldi's (next door )causes that.

Worst Chipotle that I have been to recently. Employees are not trained properly. (They can't even roll a damn burrito). Portion sizes are not proper. The lack of work ethic is disgusting. This place needs to be shut down. Please avoid this one. Spend a little bit more gas and go to the Brooklyn center location.(I used to work the kitchen in a 5 star Chipotle)I hope this rating helps the locals out. Please avoid this Chipotle.

I haven't been in a long time. The food is as good as I remember it, the service is about the same as is the atmosphere. It's amazing how much food they can stuff into a burrito.Parking: Two entrances, plenty of parking on the end of a strip mall. I've never had a problem getting in or out.

Most disgusting Chipotle. Food all over the tables not cleaned up. Workers doesn’t care to be there. Online order for a steak bowl missing cheese, sour cream, salsa and lettuce. Food looks like it’s a day old. Called the store so called lazy manger wouldn’t issue a refund and told me I had to do it online. So thanks Chipotle for messing up my lunch break.

Man picking up mobile is like knowing you’re going to get scammed i had come in on my break to pick up on 12/28 around 5:30pm and hardly had to wait despite it being busy but the bowl is literally half full! The absolute disrespect to be giving people half of what they paid for man my heart is crying how could you guys do this ?? and yeah this picture is right after opening it I had not one (1) bite.
Got half portions of what I wanted. Burrito was tiny compared to any other Chipotle I've been to. Depressing on how much this place

I ordered: Carnitas (2x), White Rice, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, Fajita Veggies, Cheese, Romaine Lettuce, and No Beans. I received: Barely any meat. No Fajita Veggies. This place used to be so good with portions. WTH happened? My wife's order was messed up too.Wheelchair accessibility: Better tables please!!!!

It is another place where it is a WIN everytime! How can you go wrong? They have a variety of options and their food is not that bad for you!! Fajita bowl with double meat, extra rice, and extra lettuce is my go to!!!
