Unfortunately we’re not complaining we are reviewing our experience at a public restaurant. We are expressing our disappointment to prevent another patron from wasting their time and money where clearly not deserved. And yes there are standards and guidelines implemented in the food industry for a reason. Isn’t that what reviews are for, to share your great or horrible experience…?

While some occasional issues with ingredient availability and credit card systems still happen, the staff handles challenges professionally. In addition, most orders arrive correctly, although there have been a few times when sides like chips or guacamole were forgotten.
