El Loro is by far my favorite chain for authentic Mexican. I've never been disappointed by service or food. This particular time, I brought a friend with me who is bilingual and he had tons of fun exchanging jokes in Spanish with our awesome server. A great time and great food always!

This is my go to for Mexican Food! The staff is always so awesome. Food is fast, delicious, and big portions! Best margaritas in the metro. Can’t beat 2x1! Salvador is the best. I feel like I’m here all the time!

I stopped in to get the bean dip. I was charged an extra $2.50 for a tiny bag of chips, whereas at other restaurants, chips are included with the bean dip. The bean chip is delicious, however, I do not like being overcharged. I will try to find the coveted bean dip elsewhere.

Really good food and great service. One of the staff even came out to the parking lot to give me an item I had dropped. Thanks, that really made me smile. Such a warm gesture. We don’t go out much these days but when we do, we love this place.

I won't be going there again because the waiter ran outside to get a tip from us. And there was flys everywhere and we had to keep fanning them away from our food like we was outside, and we had to even put paper towels over our food when we was done eating so they wouldn't get on our food.
