This is McDonalds so you know what the food tastes like, but I've always been happy with this locations service which is not true of many others. They have always been diligent and courteous. I've actually drive past other McDonalds to come here because I know I am not going to have problems I have with some other locations.

Tried to serve me raw chicken nuggets today. Then They tried not to give me a refund. Then the manager would not give me his name. Just figured I would show people so they wouldn't get sick going to this location.I have already contacted food and safety.

Staff very attentive, they asked several times how was everything and say thank you for coming when you leave. This location in oarticular donated money to my son's schoo and they decorated the dining area with the colors of the school. Kids love it and parents too.

I ordered 2 warps and a buffalo ranch Mac chicken and never gave me the chicken on the the sandwich wasn’t of15 dollars and won’t answer the phone. Basically gave me a BLT somehow 😡💢 worst McDonald ever don’t go her highly suggest cause bro mad

Not sure why this establishment only has 3.5 stars... This McDonald's is run better than 99% of the McDonald's I've been to, and trust me when I say, I've been to a lot of McDonald's in my time. The staff are always smiling, the common areas always cleanly, & most importantly you can tell the folks within enjoy their job.

This place can be good for only 1 manager but when she is not here it is terrible. Today 10/14/25 at 3:50pm i placed an order for a McDouble plain fries fanta cookies and apple pie. I they gave me a burger with 2 patties and no cheese and when i brought to their attention there was no apology no urgency it seemed to inconvenience them they inconvenienced me and i said something about it they didn’t even make me a new sandwich they just took it to back and slapped a cheese on it and called it a day. Very terrible customer service and the patties were cold and tasteless the cheese did not melt at all on the patties it was very unpleasant. Only reason i came here was to bring my son to the play place but the food and service was definitely terrible. At least my son had fun at the play place.
The employees at this particular restaurant are good reasons why

The whole world is now 20-something and computer and iphone savvy. Not so long ago I could call (on the phone) the Broadway Pizza in Crystal, tell them what I want, give them my credit card number and address, say goodbye, and my food would arrive. Plain and simple. It's not simple anymore -- not for elderly people. I am over 80 now, and I tried to order a meal from McDonald's (online) and it was just so damn complicated that I gave up. Wh y can;t you make one part of this ordering process SIMPLE for old people??? I would order on a weekly basis if you have a simple system. Can't McDonald's remember that old people get hungry also? I want to order something but it's not like I ordered pizza a few years ago. I would like to see your corporate brains think this over and make a change for elderly people. You could have it listed as ORDERING PROCESS FOR OLD FARTS. I wouldn't be offended -- at least I would get some food.

Clearly can't read or get orders right. Ordered a deluxe no pickle got bacon (not complaining) but nothing else that goes on the deluxe. Only the third time they have messed something simple up.
