The whole world is now 20-something and computer and iphone savvy. Not so long ago I could call (on the phone) the Broadway Pizza in Crystal, tell them what I want, give them my credit card number and address, say goodbye, and my food would arrive. Plain and simple. It's not simple anymore -- not for elderly people. I am over 80 now, and I tried to order a meal from McDonald's (online) and it was just so damn complicated that I gave up. Wh y can;t you make one part of this ordering process SIMPLE for old people??? I would order on a weekly basis if you have a simple system. Can't McDonald's remember that old people get hungry also? I want to order something but it's not like I ordered pizza a few years ago. I would like to see your corporate brains think this over and make a change for elderly people. You could have it listed as ORDERING PROCESS FOR OLD FARTS. I wouldn't be offended -- at least I would get some food.

Clearly can't read or get orders right. Ordered a deluxe no pickle got bacon (not complaining) but nothing else that goes on the deluxe. Only the third time they have messed something simple up.

Bad customer service to biscuits was tri. The food was not also the staff was not friendly, showing the best entrance in given customer good service been friendly. They kept forgotten, forgetting napkins, and silverware in our food. Bag will never come back to this location ever again.
I was at the drive-through ordering some breakfast for me and my girlfriend then they screwed up my order. I went back inside for them to fix it for them to screw it up again and then when they gave me back my order, they forgot to give me butter, yeah they gave me some extra hashbrowns, but they wasted my time I do Instacart for a living and they made sure that I just lost money. I’m not coming back to you again if you wanna waste your time, come back here.

I received very bad attention from the staff, I went to spend some time with my family and took my children (young ones) and the employee practically kicked us out of the premises. I had a very bad experience, my wife felt uncomfortable and the children were sad.
