We are local. We eat out often and rarely complain. There was entertainment which was awesome! Chicken wings and dinner salad were really good. My husbands blackened pasta dish was not blackened and the creamy sauce was a flavorless paste. We told the waitress right away and she told us she wasn't surprised because it was a new menu. No offer to get a new dish or remedy the problem. My Pad Thai was a very sweet soupy mess with some peanut dust on it. More like sweet peanut...

This spot in Cushing has it all—delicious food, a stunning lake view, and a laid-back, welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our bartender Vanessa was especially great. She made us feel right at home and had the best drink recommendations. Perfect place to relax, enjoy the view, and have a great meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Anchor North is such a fun place to eat. The lakeside setting is beautiful, and the food is delicious and they have a variety of options and cater to different dietary needs.
What really stands out is the staff—mostly college kids who work so hard and are so friendly. It’s awesome seeing them run around and create such a welcoming vibe.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
