Probably one of the worst run Culver's in the area. We intentionally avoided stopping in during the first few months due to it being new to the area. We ordered food and it was reasonably made, for Culver's. Service was slow, but not unreasonable. After we had eaten the line was gone and we decided to order dessert. 20 minutes after ordering 3 small items we still didn't have our order. I went to the counter and asked where it was and noticed 2 of our 3 items sitting on the back line. The third wasn't made and was put together right then. The staff member gave me two, half melted items and the one that had just been done. I asked if the 2 items had been sitting there for the last 10 minutes and the response I got was "it's going to be a while if you want them remade". We weren't the only ones, however, as on our way out someone sitting next to us was going up to the counter to also see where their order was.To the staff's credit they did come back around to our table with coupons for two free items. Given how the store is currently being run we probably won't be back anytime soon as there are better Culver's in the area.Finally, this location doesn't recycle or compost like others. How is this even an option for a franchise like this?

The food is excellent. Always comes out hot. It's a new place so it does get busy. But again, it's always fresh off the grill. Workers are friendly and professional. Def recommend.

A bit disappointed with our meal tonight. My melt was greasy and the sourdough bread was barely grilled -grease made it soggy. Our strawberry concrete mixer had little strawberry, just tasted wrong and my son's corndog was over fried and appeared burt--he refused to eat. The food did not meet our expectations.

My dog wanted me to write a review that she’s very dissatisfied with her pup cup experience—we go to the Buffalo Culver’s occasionally and their pup cups are a small vanilla custard scoop in a cup with a dog treat on top. She said the whipped cream was top notch, though.
Greasy worse tasting burger I ever had, the meat tasted spoiled.

Great guest service. It's nice seeing a fast food place so fully staffed to handle the guests. We expected some initial growing pains as the restaurant count its footing here but I've had no complaints! I only give it 4 stars because hey it's fast food, they do great but it's still fast food and let's remember that. The space is big with plenty of seating, and very clean. I like how this place known for burgers has other options when your kids want ice cream you don't want to cook but a burger just isn't what you are craving. Shrimp and pork are both great alternatives.
