About The King House Restaurant & Bar

The King House Restaurant & Bar in Delano offers surprisingly good meals and a friendly atmosphere in an unassuming location. Their steaks are tender, the lobster roll is the best in the state, and even the burgers have something extra. The restaurant features a great kids menu and outdoor dining options, with ample free parking and street-level access, making it accessible for everyone. Customers praise the eclectic variety of dishes, with many highlighting the fresh ricotta starter and the taco salad with chicken, which is among the best they've had. The home-made shell and unique sauce on the taco salad, along with perfectly seasoned chicken and fresh ingredients, make it a standout. The restaurant’s playlist, mostly soft rock, adds to the relaxed vibe, and there are no distracting TVs. Service is professional and personable, contributing to a welcoming experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and suitable for family visits, with everything on street level and accessible to wheelchairs. While the building has an open atmosphere, the food is really good with quick service. The phenomenal food with pure flavors, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere make it a must-visit spot. Some suggestions for improvement include adding garlic aioli to the truffle oil Parmesan fries for an even better experience.
