My sandwich, that was non-toasted, was SO stale and flaky it tasted like a crouton; and the veggies tasted very old. Surprised I didn’t get sick off from the sandwich.

This location is using yesterday's bread! Even though the manager disagreed with me, and argued with me that it was fresh today, I called bs. The bread was dry, flaky, and stale. If it wasn't yesterday's bread, why at 11:00am was there only 3) herb & cheese bread loafs in the bread case? I had them remake my sandwich but don't lie to me! So many OTHER sub options these days and subway keeps disappointing no matter what city I'm in here in MN.

Side notes:
- Dining area was dirty
- Drink station was out of multiple soda selections
- Out of large lids for the cups

A young ginger boy, not a day over 15, did not greet me as I entered the establishment that I frequently visit. He just sat on his phone and waited for his video to finish before his first words were “what do you want”. Like I said previously, I go to this store in Delano quite often, since I live in Watertown, my daily commute back home takes me right down 12, and past the store. I’m not claiming I’m an important person, but coming in at least twice a week, I expect a slight amount of respect. About four slices of pepperoni were placed on my 12” Hot Shot Italiano, and the absolute bare minimum of veggies. I asked for just a line or two of mayonnaise, and he proceeded to unleashed what must have been a quarter of the sauce container on the my measly sandwich. Before even I even my card he asked, cash or card tip, which I responded, I feel like my service wasn’t worthy of a tip. He responded, “tips and required after a transaction, new rule we just passed”. It must have been a rule he made up in his head because I have never heard of such a preposterous thing. I once again told him that I wasn’t going to tip and he told me to, “have ‘mid’ evening scrub”. I will not be visiting this establishment again, and I hope this issue gets dealt with. Thank you.

THIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE . TERRIBLE customer service. As i walked in there was a ginger man on his phone and didn’t greet me. he started to make my sandwich WITHOUT gloves on and proceeded to sneeze into his hand repeatedly and wipe it on his dirty pants and continue to make my sandwich. He was disobedient when I tell him what I want on my sub. Did not follow my direction and expectation while making my sub. It appeared there was a footprint in my sub when I took it out of the bag. He then glared at when when I refused to tip and said tip is required with purchase. Never coming back. There was no manager for me to speak to I would too contact them personally.

You guys still have the same bread we expect. The same that had me addicted to Subway for years. You folks need to teach Buffalos location because they’ve been off for more than a decade. Thank you for letting me have a nostalgic Subway experience

The whole place was dirty, food everywhere and the service sucked. The worker was just sitting on there phone when clearly the place needed some cleaning. I hadn't been there in years due to this issue and now i see nothing has changed, definitely won't be coming back. Not sure how this location is still open.

The bread is unbelievably crunchy and stale, every time. Not sure who cuts into that and says “Yep, good enough!” But I suppose there’s always just one overworked employee who is backlogged trying to push orders through.

1 ft long and 1 6inch took 20 minutes with no other customers.
Got a ham and cheese footlong instead of salami pepperoni cheese onion lettuce sandwich. Only thing that was right was the bread and toasted. Was not told this was happening and only found out that I got a completely wrong sandwich once home. Also out of tuna but could still select it on the menu. Drive through menu sucks in general.

They made me a sandwich with only lettuce and mayo. I couldn’t have cheese or ham because they ran out. Their soda machine was all out at. On their website it says everything is in stock but that is FALSE nothing is in stock. Please figure out your business and update the website.

Only had Italian or flat bread. Italian was dried out like it was day old. No meatballs, no small lids, no straws or napkins out.
Chip rack only had 3 kinds of chips.
Beverage fridge was mostly empty. Tables were not clean.
4 boys were playing poker in the corner.

It’s currently 8:35 and we pulled up to get food after a tournament in town and the doors are locked with an employee sleeping on one of the benches inside.
