After trying all kinds of different coffee over time, I have found my all time favorite and is now the only coffee I buy. That is Alakef! Smooth, Spot on, Delicious!

I am only able to drink decaf and Alakef decaf is the best I have ever tried. It is rich, smooth and works with creamers beautifully. I highly recommend Alakef decaf and I am picky....

I just picked up your coffee from Kowalski's in Woodbury, MN yesterday for the first time ONLY because of the name "Highlander"; my husband's favorite show is Highlander with Adrian Paul. :)So, this morning was a DELIGHT to open it, and really, we were impressed with the aroma and unique flavoring. Such bold smells and a great taste. (We tried it in our espresso machine and I will look forward to also trying it in our french press!)We picked up a dedicated espresso roast, so we are excited to try that next!Thanks for creating!

20 years ago my first cup of Alakef tought me that coffee could be good. That launched me in to coffee nerdery. 20 years later it's still in my top 3 of coffee's, if not #1. Please keep up the great work. You've brought me years of happiness and I truly appreciate it.

I opened Cafe LaGrande in Princeton, MN. In 1997. I used Alakef for my beans and other products. I can honestly say this was the best decision I could've made when starting a new business. Just a class act. They do things right here folks. I sold my business in 2004. Consistency is most important when operating a restaurant and Alakef helped me achieve that. 5 stars for them!! Alakef has ruined all other coffee for me.

Their coffee tastes horrible, every time a coffee shop has alakef for their espresso I turn around and walk out.

Purchased my first bag of Alakef beans through devotea.com. This organic Mexico decaf is excellent. For my taste the roast is perfect: the beans have been taken just to the edge of cracking and releasing their oils (important to me as oily beans clog my machine), they are dark but still dry, so the aromas and flavors are rich but not too strong. Whoever roasted this batch knew exactly what they were doing and had split-second timing. Highly recommended. I'll write another review after a while to assess consistency over time.

All of their coffee tastes burnt to hell. Any light roast is a double joke. One extra star for being local.

Italian blend was our favorite for a few years, we hoped they would keep up with what we had come to expect. However ;( recently the flavor profile has changed ;( dramatically. Customer service has always been great, however “goodbye Jane!” it was always nice. Now, after Making attempts to get them to blend and roast something we were use too... for years...they don't seem capable of producing the same quality consistently. Sorry to say... We are looking for a new source.
