“My daughter and I ate here on 06/21. I love the lake views and the bread appetizer they bring out. we shared a bottle of Prosecco for half price Wednesday. I ordered the gnocci with Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce and Zuppa. flavorful and delicious. the server was extremely friendly and efficient. I'll go back!”
“Absolutely divine! The prime rib was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, while the Italian penne diablo was a spicy, savory delight. Exceptional dining experience from start to finish; the lake view and quick/attentive service made it even better.”
“Went in the evening, bbq was great but felt like I showed up late for the best bbq party. It was just a small step towards dry and held for to long, I would still recommend 100% but go a bit earlier in the day or go on a busy day were they do two rounds of bbq that some fresh comes out later. Meats had great smoke and tenderness. Street corn was good, grits didn't have much flavor. Using pork rinds at the table to let you sample thier 4 sauces is awesome, good atmosphere and the service was top notch. Sauces were original and different which was refreshing also had extra dry rub on the table. Was 50$ after the tip for the all in sampler and a drink, portion wa good.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly”
“This is my favorite Texas Roadhouse to visit. The staff are amazing. The managers are friendly and they are so helpful with my allergies. I’ve never gotten sick there, which is saying something because I get sick almost every place I eat out. They are so helpful with answering my questions. If they don’t know the answer right away, they help me figure it out. I can’t recommend them enough. The service was quick and the food was perfect.”
“some really wonderful barrel aged beers and the owners were fantastic to visit with. love their mission to support veterans and first responders. thank you for your service boys and thank you for a great educational annd tasty visit.”

“I took my 14-year-old grandson here and he loved this place. I thought the sushi was excellent, the service was fantastic and there were a lot of options on the menu. I will definitely be coming back here.Dietary restrictions: It looked like they had plenty of vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: There’s enough food on the menu that any kid could eat it, as long as they like Asian food.”
“Tigs has the best BBQ and sides! We love it and buy it often in the summer, for Thanksgiving and stock up for winter! They are also the kindest people with fantastic customer service!”
“Really good place, especially for pub food. Fries were great, burger was excellent. It was a lot of food, so if there were smaller portions, you could probably order less -- but really excellent burgers and fries.Nice vibe as well. Not too loud and not too packed on top of one another.”

“I’ve only been to the tap room once which was a great experience overall with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m part of the Cider Club and cannot stress enough how fantastic the customer service is! I had an issue with one singular can in a 4-pack. The staff was quick to respond to emails and sent out a full 4-pack of replacements as well! The cider club is such a fun concept as well. I look forward to visiting the Duluth location again soon! It also helps that this is hands down my favorite brand of ciders I’ve tried!”

“Lots of great inventive and unique dishes, all delightfully delicious. All the staff is so nice and helpful. All makes for a nice outing!Parking: Don't be scared if the front parking looks full, there is ample behind the building and rarely full.Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly. They're very accommodating!”
“Stopped in yesterday for lunch! Great service at the counter when we ordered. Food took about 15 minutes. Brother got the special sandwich of the day and devoured it. Such a good size for lunch! I got the pesto bruschetta - it was huge! The pesto was delicious, the tomatoes were fresh and the cheese was the perfect amount. 10/10 recommend. My mom got the summer salad with blue berries, strawberries, nuts and cheese. BIG salad but so yummy and fresh. We got to sit outside, enjoy the sunshine and the 60 degree day in March!! Definitely worth the stop in for lunch.”
“Literally just got a slice of the gluten free chocolate cake. BEST I've had in the 6 years I've been gluten free. I really had to convince myself to not go back for all of whatever of the cake you had in store. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!”
“I LOVE their ice cream. So many unique flavors that are ever changing. Great hand made ice cream with vegan options. I also love how they have location specific unique flavors. And they are dog friendly.”
“Coffee and chocolates croissants! We walked in Sunday morning and the service was excellent and the selection was amazing! If you are downtown Duluth make sure you stop here.”
“We took a tour with Joe (who is rarely seen in long pants) and thoroughly enjoyed his tale of the creation of Bent Paddle Brewery. 50% woman-owned and drawing from the cold water of Lake Superior, this brewery is a gem in Duluth .”

“First time there Dec 26th, 2023. By far my favorite cheese curds. My meal was open face turkey sandwich, it was delicious. My husband ordered the veggies omlette with sausage and that was very good! Friendly service. I would recommend this place!”

I’ve never gotten sick there, which is saying something because I get sick almost every place I eat out. They are so helpful with answering my questions. “It is the only place along the north shore that has all homemade vegan and gluten free food. Absolutely delicious every time and cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for a healthy and filling meal or just a quick smoothie to go.”
“Do not miss out if they offer a distillery tour. It is one of the most comprehensive and informative manufacturing tours I’ve ever been on. The sampling of products at the end was very enlightening and tasty.”
“Hands down my favorite restaurant in Duluth. I eat here ALL of the time. The vermicelli bowls are amazing and don't miss out on the lime marinated beef salad, if you're looking for an appetizer. Parking can be tricky, but always worth it.”
“Fresh, local and friendly. The seasonal menu is always tasty! We had the “rotating roll”which was a savory biscuit with braised beef, pickled jalapeño and cheddar- absolutely delicious! The pork verde fry bread came in at a close second- to be clear, they were both neck and neck for flavor. Our server was an absolute delight and only added to our wonderful experience.”
“This place was incredible! An hour here wouldn't be enough to get a good look at all this place has. The different food seasonings, soups, cheese, dressings, pasta toppings and sauces, it was remarkable to take it all in. This is a spot worth checking out at the Fitger's complex.”
“Well executed beers, in an urban loft vibe, with friendly service and decent prices for downtown Duluth. I personally don’t like all the dogs. I counted 5 while there including a poorly trained St. Bernard. Parking is also a bit of chore. However, if you staying downtown and like beer, this is a must stop. They do a great job with their fresh hazy IPA’s!”

“I love it here. between the pineapple sour and the raspberry maple cider. phenomenal. log home wood fired pizza was sitting out front. and had a margarita there between the two what a great evening”
“We had a great time out at Olive Garden; the servers were responsive and caring and the food was great as always. We did have a large group out this time and so keeping track of everyone's order was a bit difficult but in the end it worked out very well. We love the never ending soup salad and breadsticks and that makes the meal very affordable and still very enjoyable.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap parking spots near the door but there is not push button functionality to open the doors. Upon leaving the restaurant the Waitresses are very nice and will help you out the door.”

“Love this place! The food was wonderful. We started off with the Tempura Fried Cauliflower. I loved the aioli sauce, and the whole dish was very tasty. We both ordered the Coconut Curry Rice Bowl with Chicken and it was sublime. I practically licked the bowl it was so good! We ordered a bottle of cabernet, which was decent but not great. Of course, after the first glass, it tasted just fine. :) For dessert we shared a very dense and very delicious piece of chocolate cake with whipped cream. So good! Definitely a place to come back to!Vegetarian options: Probably 75% of the menu appeared to be vegetarian or vegan. But everything we tried was delicious.Dietary restrictions: There were a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, also dishes that were gluten free.Parking: It's in downtown Duluth so parking can be iffy depending on when you go.”
“While our food was good, we were a party of 8 and apparently they are unable to seat a party of 8 all at one table, though no one told us that when we checked in. Would've been nice to know.”
“Enjoyed the wild rice eggs benedict. The pistachio breve was delicious...I could've had 2 cups. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was cozy.Parking: Depending on the time you arrive can make or break parking and availability.”
“We had dinner here a couple weeks ago. It was wonderful. Very nice atmosphere and all staff was very friendly, our waitress Amanda was very helpful in recommending food and drinks. A good time was had by our whole family. We will be returning soon!”
“I take my mom here every time she visits Duluth! She loves the cheese curds. Tonight we both ordered wings, I had the Thai chili and she had bar b que. Both were delicious! The atmosphere is awesome along with great service. Definitely a great spot for your special occasion”
“My friends and I booked the Premier Golf Suite for a couple of hours. It was a great time, quality simulator and a great space to enjoy a few drinks, food and golfing. The service was prompt and friendly. The Premier Suite is on their second floor and is perfect for an after work outing with some friends.”
“Food was great! Awesome views of the lake. Funny views of the fat pigeons outside. Bloody Mary was unique and tasty! Loved it!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu (grilled pb and J, yum!) And coloring pages available :)”
“Delicious food! Service was excellent! Our server Dustyn was Phenomenal!!! He went above and beyond for us and has the best upbeat personality!!! Will definitely be back to enjoy good food along with amazing service to make for the perfect place to eat!”
“A pretty standard Italian American restaurant, can't go wrong. But nothing stands out. Just good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff can sometimes be hit or miss. But the food is always spot on for what it should be.”
“Every time we come to Duluth we stop here. It’s one of our favorites! Whoever decorated this restaurant did an outstanding job and I wish they could come decorate my house. The service is outstanding every time. The food is consistent and delicious. You can tell the food is homemade and not just frozen. The Reuben and chicken fingers are our favorites but the French onion soup, cheese curds, and salads are great too! Give Lyric some love and try them out!”
“11/10 Restaurant. Venue offers a ton of different seating arrangements. Drinks are prompt and poured well, service is EXCELLENT our waitress was always right around the corner! Appetizers came BEFORE the food just in enough time for us to enjoy them. Recommend the Cheese Curds. Food is CRAZY good and lots of flavor. Definitely my new favorite spot in Duluth!!!”
“Best specialty dessert I ever had. Can't remember the name it was a "special" it's not on the regular menu but it should be! It was a moist, sweet, delicious cake with fresh cream and berries. Oh my goodness could have been in a fancy French bakery it was the BEST! The food wasn't too shabby either! A little spendy yet well worth it for a special occasion! This is a very special place with great servers and awesome chefs!”
“Absolutely delicious food! Had been waiting & waiting on this place to open from the very first time I saw their sign go up. Finally had a chance to go & it did not disappoint. I went with a group & they all felt the same. Delicious, flavorful food with perfect serving sizes. Clean, cool atmosphere, & friendly, attentive staff. Will absolutely be back for more. The menu is HUGE which I am very excited about.”
“Automatically loses a star due to a 3% charge on credit card purchases. The barman during our visit was fun and engaging. The brewery seemed to be decently busy during our time there, but service never suffered. We had some flights, and ended up liking some of the beer enough to buy and take home.”
“Come for the pizza, stay for the Caesar dressing — it’s unbelievable. My family and I love the menu options here, and the 9” pizza size means we each get our own (and sometimes one of us has leftovers ??♀️). Always cooked to perfection, brought out quickly, and all done by kind, patient staff. Leftovers stand the test of time and are great the next day as well. Always a win in my book.Every time I step foot in the Vitta space I am reminded of how much I want that PIZZA sign and how much I love the Italian vibes going on here. Can’t wait for patio season to get going so I can dip slices into the Caesar fresco. Vitta, ti amo.Vegetarian options: Plant based sausage and plenty of none- meat menu options.”
Takeout Restaurants
“We went there about a week ago & the food was amazing. Cheeseburger, onion rings, Cole slaw, & wings were all done to perfection. A great atmosphere & the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend & we will be regular customers!”
“I cannot express how much I appreciate the vegan options on your menu. Also, I really appreciated whoever designed your website that allows for each category of food to be sorted by “Vegan”. Eating plant based for 7 years, I’ve never seen that feature on a website. Very cool. ? Pizza was incredible. Delivery was freaky fast. Thanks!”
“Used Google to find an "old school" bakery while in Duluth celebrating my mom's birthday. Johnson's did not disappoint. We bought 1/2 dozen assorted donuts and each and everyone was great. Fluffy yeast donuts, the cake donut was tender and their frostings were perfect. Not too sweet but also tasted exactly how you'd expect them to taste. I'll be stopping here for other items on every trip to Duluth from now on! Thank you so much!”
“It was our very first time here. Came in shortly before closing on a Wednesday night so it was relatively slow. Coney's and fries were good and the malt was amazing! Lucas and his coworker were very kind and helpful. Super friendly! Great atmosphere almost like an old diner with a more modern feel. And I loved the large Edmund Fitzgerald posters! Definitely recommend and we'll be back.”
“UPDATE (April 2024): Prices for new menu items have crept up slightly, like everything else. Weekend specials (Drops) are worth trying: Korean Fried Chicken sammy, chopped cheese, and a corned beef Irish burger so good I came back here to update my review. Food quality and service remains high, as with all Duluth Grill restaurants. And Paradox is starting to get busy, standing room only on weekends even in Duluth's off season. This place is going to be strong in Lincoln Park for a very long time.Fun, laid-back vibe appealing to the Lincoln Park community and tourists alike. Clean, well-lit street art aesthetic and a full bar. Condensed menu offering mouthwatering smash burgers at a good price.Pictured: Shifty $9.99 M-Th 9-11 p.m. special burger, fry, and tap beer (Bent laget or Hamms) available by request only. Vikre Gin Gin Mule.”
“Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram at SNDTRAVELS and EATWELLTRAVELOFTEN2.2.24 dinnerHad a late dinner and sat in the back room as they were having a book signing party up front. The pizzas are pretty much a set menu, which seems weirs to me as they are all handmade so you should be able to put whatever on it. They did add sausage and mushrooms to a peperoni for us and it was nice and crispy. The ingredients were good but a little bit sparse. The pizza would have been really good with maybe 15% more sauce and ingredients but overall it was good.Recommended two thumbs-up ? ?”
“To have people as dedicated to tacos in life as me and my family is such a gift. To have them within walking distance of our home is a luxury — a dangerous one.My husband, son, and I stopped by last night to experience the new indoor spot. I am so excited to have this option and we are looking forward to many family dinners here in the coming months. The vibrant colors, music, and layout of the space were spot on and gave us energy at the end of a gray, cloudy Duluth day.The addition of the new veggie taco is greatly appreciated. I lean vegan, and leveraging mushrooms in tacos is one of my favorite uses for them. I loved the addition of the cauliflower, and the raisins were a nice twist. Maybe next up in menu development could be a carnitas mushroom taco perhaps? My family devoured their birria, chorizo, and carnitas tacos, just like they always do when we visit Chachos. Spot on, and always a pleasure to eat these tacos.Chachos team — keep going. Duluth needs you, we need you, and your tacos give us energy.”
“Brekky burrito was tasty and the hot sauce selection was great. Staff were so kind and present and did great. Im curious how live music would be there. Seems like a fun place to dance(!)”
“Really good place, especially for pub food. Fries were great, burger was excellent. It was a lot of food, so if there were smaller portions, you could probably order less -- but really excellent burgers and fries.Nice vibe as well. Not too loud and not too packed on top of one another.”
“Oh wow! Best butter croissant I have ever had! The strawberry cream cheese danish was out of this world (also the best I've ever had)! The staff were kind, helpful and charming. We'll definitely be back! West 3rd Street location.”
“If you're looking for a warm and welcoming community space, visit Dovetail Cafe. Yummy food and beverages for a lot of different preferences. Cozy creative space. Family friendly and great for some work as well. The marketplace offers some sweet handmade and local things for sale. The Cafe shares space with the local Duluth Folk School, so if you're there check out their classes as well ✨”
“They make a GREAT malt! It a family favorite. Even the grandkids ask to go there when they are up north. The staff are pleasant. This is a North Shore must stop.”
“We had Big Daddy's last night for the first time in a long while. The roast beef and gravy was delicious - no prcessed meat or potatoes here. The Big Daddy Burger was large with an over abundance of fries and the cheese curds were huge with an amazing spice in the coating. Super yummy even the next day cold. So glad we decided to eat here. Will be back sooner, rather than later.”
“Solid “Greasy Spoon”. It feels good to be in one before they become extinct. I had the corned beef hash, eggs and pancake… pretty straight up. My elder daughter had a good fish n chips, I think it was cod. The younger one ordered 2 pancakes bigger than her head which she enjoyed and could not finish.I’m not going to remember the servers name name but he was sharp and kind gentleman. We ate there this morning. 4/06/2024.Parking: There is street parking and a big, free, parking lot across the street”
“OMG!! One of the best restaurants in Duluth, MN. The quality and freshness of the ingredients in the food was soooo good. The salmon spring bowl was to die for. Fast and great customer service. We will definitely be back soon!!”
“I am recommending Scenic, our food was very good, and great atmosphere…but I want to say we left w a hungry kiddo that was excited for his pizza, but the 12$ kids pizza was exactly a frozen Totinos gross pizza . Kids deserve good food too! Hope for better next time :)”

“The food was delicious. I ordered the honey garlic chicken and gali wings. We sat at the bar to eat since all the tables were taken and the bartenders were friendly and polite. I will definitely be back.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Another excellent breakfast today! The three girls working were quick, efficient, extremely friendly, and even though they were swamped, they managed it well. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and the smoothies are always a family favorite! I highly recommend!! #5stars”

“I enjoyed finally visiting this log cabin coffee shop. Really friendly staff and enjoying my Dirty Chai. Drink prices are more expensive than other similar shops in Duluth. This is why I subtracted a star. They do serve coffee shop type food and had a scone sample (so good).”
“It's a cute, quick spot to get delicious blizzards, cones, or anything else dairy-adjacent you could enjoy. The hours are pretty reasonable as the seasons go, even though they're usually closed in the late fall/wintertime. Tended by kind staff too! If you go here in the fall, try the pumpkin pie blizzard without the pie crust (not that this location's pie crust is bad, but you'll enjoy the ice cream more without it)!”
“Yum, yum, yum… just made another stop to grab one of my favs a Nitro Highrise with oatmilk instead (got oatmilk right my whimpy GI is happy). Also went for something new to me and grabbed the Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich made on a bagel and O I have been really missing outFor new/traveling this one gets pretty full in the drive-threw and can block up entrance and parking spots near it during tourist season (more likely summer).Dietary restrictions: Offers oat milk or almond milk alternatives for dairy in drinks. Caution: for alergies some drinks use ingredients that will still contain milk like the chai tea here”
“This place is consistently good, food and service. It's your classic franchise, so you either like it or you don't, but if you do, this place delivers. Staff is always friendly and my order is always good to go. The value here is the best and I enjoy cooking it myself :)”
“So for starters, this location is in the MIDDLE of a mall. So you'd think it would be "meh" as far as atmosphere. Nah, the girls here knock it out of the park. Warm and welcoming, it's always my first stop when I go to the mall (I need it to survive the rest of my time there)”
“This is quite literally my favorite pizza of all time. All of them are amazing and I would definitely recommend getting the cheesy bread sticks. I look forward to eating this for special occasions.Dietary restrictions: It is entirely peanut free!”
“Thank you Jenessa Kutzler (Papa Murphy's Area Supervisor, Duluth DMA). We received the email for teacher & school staff appreciation from our admin that you had asked them to share and we are taking you up on your offer! This was a nice treat after a stressful day!Sincerely,Desirae Daniel, PHS Paraprofessional”
“Visited the food truck with my two kids for the first time in Canal Park. Food was good but I was surprised to see an extra $8 added to my bill as a "service" fee. I am all about tipping, I actually put cash in the tip jar, but to spend $42 for not full meals for myself and two children was overpriced. Then after me spent the $24 on the lobster sandwich and was also taken back by the added 6ish dollars added for his one sandwhich. We will likely not return.”
“1 star-- do not recommend. We ordered for 4 workers at 11:15am, still waiting at 12:00 after the app said 15 minutes. Might wanna ditch the "Freeky Fast" slogan”
“I came here with my family over the weekend on a Sunday, it was fairly slow, so we were able to walk in and get our food within about five minutes. We were immediately greeted upon entrance, our order was repeated back to us, and the food was prepared fresh to order. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend this Arby’s location. Out of all the Arby’s I’ve been to this one did the best mozzarella sticks by far! I will be back again when I’m in town!”
“Service was great the gentleman that worked there were very helpful and whatever you want on your pizza if you want a little extra they'll give it to you they're very hard-working very respectful and I enjoyed my time there in the pizza was absolutely wonderful I suggest anybody go to this place because it is very ”
“Man when Mom came home with taco John's, I asked for a four cheese quesadilla and some nacho chips, oh I couldn't believe it, but, the quesadilla, It. Was. So. GOOD!! It was so good, and I liked the nachos too, so much better than taco Bell's quesadilla, take that taco bell, maybe we will all stick with taco John's now, it's so good. Thank you. And good night”

“Lyndsay is FANTASTIC to work with! She did our three tier wedding cake. It was the best tasting cake ever!! AND it was BEAUTIFUL. She set it up so beautifully. HIGHLY recommend for your wedding or any formal event!!”
Cheap Eats
“Coffee, board games, and friends in a comfy space. Nothing gets better than that! The treats were awesome and the staff is amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone who likes coffee or tabletop gaming!”
“Well, I could easily say it's probably one of the most progressive establishment in the city. The host was very nice and friendly, he was able to explain the nuances of the different beverages they offered. If you would like to try something new and different this is the place to go. All of the taps open with a wristband that you receive at the door. After you get your wristband, you are free to pour your own of whatever you wish. you are charged by the ounce for the beverage you choose or if you choose a flight you get to sample all of them and decide which is the best for you. Get yourself a flight and try new things. they're also very progressive in the sense that they are working with local breweries in a symbiotic relationship that betters the community and the business. I can assure you that if you go there, you will have a good time. Make time for the Duluth Tap Exchange.”
“The best staff! All of the venue improvements are making for such a nice place to visit with friends and family! I urge you to try the prime rib. It is amazing!”
“Our favorite place to visit in Duluth! Old jail holding cells converted into a speakeasy and supposedly haunted. Enter through the back alley, head down the stairway underground to walls of stone and dim candle-lit tables. The vibe is awesome and the drinks ridiculously good! Visit close to Halloween and order the Fall Finish.”
“A sweet little hole-in-the-wall place that offers a nice list of delicious drinks. Service was friendly and accommodating of my needs, and I loved browsing the beautiful art while I waited. I like that they have the On the Record Music and Arts Magazine, too; any place that supports Duluth's underground local art scene gets my full support in return.”
“My go-to is the party pack! Then we eat little slices of delicious cookies all week. Staff have not been very friendly that last few times we went. Literally don't say one word just stand there with the open cookies staring. I go every time I go to Duluth but the lady in front of me was new. After their minute long stand-off, I told the customer, "She wants you to okay your order." ??♀️ Now you can't be happy all the time but you could have just asked that lady if her cookies we're okay.Parking: Don't worry about parking. Plenty of options.Kid-friendliness: They only sell cookies! That right there makes it kid friendly! There is nowhere to eat inside, but again, they just sell cookies ? ?Wheelchair accessibility: Outside access from parking lot to Crumble.”
“We stopped in after out grandson's basketball game and had breakfast at 12:30. Best food I've had in years and their whole wheat bread was amazing. Too bad we live so far away but we will stop again when in Duluth.”
“We went here to try their All You Can Eat Friday Night Fish fry as we heard it was very good and sells out fast. All of which is true. You get plenty of fish as a starter, yummy cole slaw, and the thin style french fries. You can ask for more fish if you have tummy room. The fish itself is lightly battered, and large filets are used. By the time we were done with our dinner, they were sold out.Get there early... they start serving at 5pm. We will definitely have this again.Parking: The parking lot is a fair size, but it could get crowded on a busy night.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, and there are a few kid type games for them to play.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp in the back of the bar, but if someone parks in front of it, it could be hard to access it.”
“Wonderful service! It's a warm welcoming atmosphere with wonderful employees! The owner is pleasant and makes you feel right at home!Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 entries. Superior Street has a set of stairs that bring you to the downstairs bar, which is located on Michigan Street where there is a wheelchair entrance through the back door.”
“Quick service. I was stuck in the Caribou drive thru and just said "screw it. This place across the street can't be any worse". And it wasn't. It was amazing. Got my coffee in like 30 seconds. Also, amazing staff. No dead eyes and broken souls among the bunch. Highly recommend.”
“We ordered on Saturday and tried tea, cherry almond and salted caramel coffee shakes and wraps all were good! The wraps were delicious and had a generous amount of vegatables and meat.”
“Another excellent breakfast today! The three girls working were quick, efficient, extremely friendly, and even though they were swamped, they managed it well. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and the smoothies are always a family favorite! I highly recommend!! #5stars”
“So, SO good! Best vanilla bean ice cream in town by FAR, and that's saying something cuz I love another ice cream place in town - Camp Creemee is 10x better even though they only have two flavors. :) So creamy and tasty.”
“I stopped at DCC on my way to work today and had to share my experience. A song had just started on the radio when I pulled up out front. By the time I had turned off my car, gone in, ordered, paid, waited and got back into my car…the same song was STILL playing! And it’s not even that long of a song. I don’t go to DCC that often but they have always been consistently good and efficient. Something you don’t often find in a local coffee shop. Thank you!”

“Jamrock has great specials and a delicious regular menu, that you can't get anywhere else in Duluth (and probably in all of MN). The owner/chef is always there and you can tell he takes great pride in making amazing food and sharing it with the community. It's also very affordable for the amount and quality of food they serve. But definitely go earlier in the day as opposed to later. It's a small operation and so popular that they often sell out of their entire menu. We ordered take out at 7 pm last night and were very lucky to score the last of the food - shrimp (AMAZING), oxtails (very good and I enjoyed trying something new), steak (fine - I like my steak bloody *I know that doesn't follow food safety guidelines* but I can hardly ever get it that way at a restaurant, and, sure enough, it was too done for me. Definitely still tasty, most people would probably love it), cabbage and green beans. So. Good. You should eat here!”
“My husband and I held our wedding reception here. We received the best service! We chose the establishment because they offered the food, DJ and transportation all in one. I can say from the Al Capone party bus, to the food by Howard Que, the DJ Brent and the club staff/bartenders we had one memorable day/night. Everything was amazing and couldn't have been more perfect. We appreciate the entire club for being so good to us and making it a day to remember forever. With love, The McGillivray's ❤️”
“Pretty good sushi, I wouldn't say it's anything to write home about but if you are craving some Japanese food, this wouldn't be a bad pick. My waiter was very friendly which was much ”

“Great vegan food! Even my meat eater husband liked the food. The El hefe burrito was so tasty. The owner is very knowledgeable having trained in nutrition and the place has a great laid back vibe. We ate there 2 days in a row!”
“A pretty standard Italian American restaurant, can't go wrong. But nothing stands out. Just good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff can sometimes be hit or miss. But the food is always spot on for what it should be.”

“We love hibachi, but when we decided to try something new, our waitress was very helpful in recommending some appetizers for us. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My son said he found a new favorite place to eat in Duluth!”
“fast and convenient pickup. staff is always friendly and the pizza is the best in the world. wish they had the buffet going. hermantown is by far the best location. between the staff, food, and atmosphere is the best place In duluth by far!”

“We stopped by after a visit to Bentleyville Tour of Lights. The food was amazing, the owners are wonderfully nice people, they are great, service was awesome, and atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Might become a new holiday destination when we drive up to Duluth!Parking: Downtown area street parking.Kid-friendliness: Owners are super nice to children. My daughter loved the place and was super happy we went there.”
“I've frequented this location multiple times. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make quick subs. I don't think I've ever had a bad sandwich here! Club subs are the best.”
“The ladies that work the stand were absolutely incredible. They were friendly and inviting, and their food clearly shows that. I ran several Gyro restaurants in the Twin Cities and I can hands-down tell you this is one of the best gyros I’ve ever had. I appreciate the small brand that is doing excellent work go check them out!”
“Love the staff here. Sometimes understaffed, but who isn’t right now, the staff does a great job. I gave one less star because every time we order, either out or in, the wings have hardly any sauce. Some of the wings won’t have any sauce, but they are cooked well. I guess we could order extra sauce for more money. I just think all wings should be at least covered in the sauce when you order, without an extra cost.”

“We just had some late night dessert and coffee and were treated like we were spending a lot of money (we didn't). Our server Colton was VERY attentive, friendly and helpful with questions about Duluth. Looking forward to going back.”
“Nice location. Service was a little slow but they seemed to be having their start of shift meeting when we were there. Everyone was pleasant. Not busy at this time of year.”
“Hands down my favorite restaurant in Duluth. I eat here ALL of the time. The vermicelli bowls are amazing and don't miss out on the lime marinated beef salad, if you're looking for an appetizer. Parking can be tricky, but always worth it.”
Thanks!”
“One of my favorite places to eat!Kid-friendliness: They didn't have kids meals and the worker made my daughter a special quesadilla any way. Thank you for making her day!”
“We made the 115 miles trek to go to our favorite Red Lobster, and yet again, they didn't disappoint ❤️It was my husbands birthday, so of course the birthday boy got the Lobster Duo, when it came out and he dove in, he made a funny face and said the tail was mushy. He called the waitress over and told her and she immediately gave an explanation about the lobsters moulting and something about the shell and took the mushy piece and had them make him a new one, which was perfect. My meal was also amazing (if you don't like brussel sprouts, try their deep fried ones with a sweet ginger sauce, and you'll be reincarnated). They were so good, I ate all of them and saved my shrimp and scallops for lunch the next day). Our waitress (Jordan) was such a sweetheart, and super attentive and even stopped to chat with us a few times. We'll be back!!!”
“Great burger best I've had in a while Mia our server was fast and efficient. Great beer from Fitgers as well. Me and my wife split the classic and the Sputnik burger.”
“First time there Dec 26th, 2023. By far my favorite cheese curds. My meal was open face turkey sandwich, it was delicious. My husband ordered the veggies omlette with sausage and that was very good! Friendly service. I would recommend this place!”

“This place rocks! ?Alaways a classic treat to come out to the Yellow Apron.Good friends, Good times, Fair prices, and even fairer food.Yellow Apron is truly a MN staple.”
