McDonald's in Duluth

“For some reason when I pulled up at the drive-through after doing an online order, I must’ve forgot to actually hit. Add to cart on two coffees. I ordered them at the pick up window after asking where they were. They told me they weren’t on the order. I looked at my receipt and the amount charged and they were corrected. They did not make the order. I’m not sure how. But this was obviously my fault. They quickly made them and handed them to me without having to move forward as there was not a lot of traffic at this time. I went to pay for them and he said don’t worry it’s on the house. Ironically enough I had gotten screwed at the two harbors location the day before for this exact same product. I guess it was a karma thing. I never did get money returned for the online order for the exact same product the day before. So thank you to this location for being awesome!“

“I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, this is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Stellar staff, the food is always fast, accurate, and on point. Friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Shoutout to Erik specifically for his work, but I haven’t met a member of that staff I wouldn’t shout out.“

Parking: There is alot of parking spots

Kid-friendliness: They have happy meals with toys in them

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap spots with low curbs next to them. Also have automatic doors“

“The girl with the strawberry blonde hair seriously needs a raise or something, she was so nice and she's only seen me a few times and remembered who I was and as soon as I walked in she's already handing me my cup, I'm use to getting it with my order because I do pick up orders, seconds later she already helping another person and then helps puts food in the bag. Also thank you to the cooks my food was hot and really good“

“Went to this location to see if they had a certain happy meal toy for my son and I so we bought two happy meals! Entire staff was very accommodating and the food was great! The premises was clean and clutter free, and will definitely go back!“
