“Good stairs ,, dont walk on decent stairs to often it was a real treat ,, bellyd up to a fantastic bar ,, smooth but not slippery that tends to be the issue with folks "smoothys" as they say... They get slippery i no i have had my wrist come out from under my fingers a few times... Not fun... So great. Stairs and smooth nonslippery bar , final take is yes it makes the cut !“
“Sue is always full of warmth and love ready to spark up conversation. Her Gyros taste like a true traditional fresh shaved gyro. Every can of soda pop is ice cold. Her little corner is always clean and buzzing with chatter. 9/10 times I will take my kids here after shopping for a coney dog, per THEIR request. It's just THAT good.“
“I haven't eaten here in a long long time. So my husband and I decided to try it being we were shopping at the mall. Wow!! Food was absolutely excellent. Just as I remembered. It certainly was a little spendy, but when you consider what you spend on fast food it wasn't out of line. Very clean, friendly employees and fast hot food. We'll be back.“
“I love this A&W! I've lived here for over 30 years and when I want a taste of nostalgia and some daily drafted root beer, A&W will always be my choice! They've got a lot to offer on their menu but I'm a sucker for the Papa Burger and a Coney dog with chili cheese fries and a root beer float! Now that's a meal! I've only had a problem a few times when they were super busy and understaffed. That's not their fault in my eyes. Besides, I know what I'm getting for food and I know it'll be good. So, I ignore the minor inconveniences. Any other time, it's business as usual. I never have to wait long to make my order or for the food. I was so glad that they didn't close there doors after Covid. This A&W is a staple in this town and one of the longest running independently owned A&W's that's left in existence! So, please go patronize this business and enjoy some good food and great root beer!“
“It was our very first time here. Came in shortly before closing on a Wednesday night so it was relatively slow. Coney's and fries were good and the malt was amazing! Lucas and his coworker were very kind and helpful. Super friendly! Great atmosphere almost like an old diner with a more modern feel. And I loved the large Edmund Fitzgerald posters! Definitely recommend and we'll be back.“
