“They made or gave us the wrong giant #7 sandwich for our picnic lunch. Went back later in day. They corrected mistake and gave us new sandwich without issue which I appreciate. We frequent JM all over the country as our go to sandwich shop and this location is near UMD for convenience“
“I do really enjoy Jersey Mikes. Their sandwiches are very tasty. I love that they have a good selection and they are always very pleasant and friendly. However, I picked up my order and asked for extra crispy bacon on my sandwich. I tipped them for the extra effort to have to make my sandwich and I got almost raw, see-through, bacon instead. I didn’t even feel safe eating it. I removed the bacon from my sandwich. You pay a lot of money for a Jersey Mikes sub ($10.00-$15.00) now days, you should get what you requested.“
