“The Mecca of toasted sandwiches. This was an out of body experience when it came to good ass food. On holiday in Duluth and needed a lunch spot- from the second we walked in we were met with excellent customer service. You can tell this staff loves and cares about this food. We had the Philly, BLT, and tomato basil soup and wow. My dad always said you know the food is good when no one at at the table is talking, and this table was SILENT. I sincerely wish this small business the best of luck in everything they hope for in the future of Toasty’s. If you’re going to eat a sandwich in Duluth- it should only be from here.“

“I’ve eaten here quite a few times now so my opinion comes from a place from having this food more than just the one time before leaving a review. Yes, the subs are a bit pricey. But it’s well worth it because every ingredient is FRESH. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for a sub to be ready, but that’s because I’m one of 10 other people inside the store. I don’t mind the wait because it just shows you how popular and good the food is to be receiving so much business. I see how fast the staff is moving and trying to complete everyone’s order. Staff is always so polite. If there’s ever an issue with the quality of a sub staff are more than willing to correct the mistake. You just need to ask. :) 10/10 this place hits the spot. ? “This is easily the nicest Subway I have ever been to. There's 4 women who usually work here and they do a stellar job. Rarely have I ever had a problem here or wrong online order either. On the occasion that it has happened, they were absolutely wonderful and kind and had no problem with fixing it. These ladies are easily the best sandwich makers in the biz. The only way I would ever believe any of them was rude is if someone was rude to them first and even then I would have difficulty believing that. They're seriously the best. Thank you ladies, keep doing a great job. I know it's usually a thankless job with lots of rude customers (I also work customer service) but I want you guys to know that you are very appreciated! ❤️“

We mentioned the obsurce song we danced to at our wedding and he played it over the store speakers. We danced - I cried - it was the best. “I was highly impressed. The lady behind the counter was on point and friendly. I usually get extra protein on my sandwiches, also, I get I fully loaded with heavy on all veggies. Alot of stores I see hesitancy when making the sub. This store. They "tucked" all the toppings into the bread very well and wrapped the sandwich so tight, there was hardly a drop of the two sauces dripping from the sub. Cleanest sun ive had from a subway. Best part was even after adding all my toppings, she, with a smile asked if I wanted any seasoning. Most stores. When i ask for oregano or s&p I get a vibe of hesitancy. Felt none Of that here. All smiles and great service. I didn't get her name but I feel she needs notice, especially being during the lunch rush. The most hectic and stress filled part of any line cooks job. AAA+“
