Cookies are delicious! Service is awful: please train the employees to at least acknowledge customers with some kind of greeting. I asked one employee about a certain flavor of cookie, and he literally said "I don't know." and walked away.

Based on the reviews, Crumbl is a restaurant with the greatest cookies on the face of this earth. The bakers are wizards, and the cookies are always good, soft, creamy, and heavenly. The cookies are quite sweet, and it really depends on the flavor. They have different unique flavors each week, with a choice of 8 cookies to choose from. There are 2 options for sizes, small and large. The location is usually clean, which is nice, but it is awkward and small and cold inside. The service is fast and quick, making accessibility excellent. The process is quick: pick what cookies you want, pay, wait until someone calls your name, pick up your cookies, and you are done. It is a nice experience, but not sure if you would come back for the price unless getting a gift card or something special for a birthday. They could use more flavors at once and more deals. The staff makes the day every time, and they deserve a little privacy and grace.
