“An absolute must when in Duluth! Plenty of great places to grab a treat but this is top of the list in my opinion. Combine your hair ce crea flavor with a malt flavor and enjoy the deliciousness. Tried the dark chocolate ice cream and banana malt this go around. See you next time Portland Malt Shoppe!“

“Cookies are delicious! Service is awful: please train the employees to at least acknowledge customers with some kind of greeting. I asked one employee about a certain flavor of cookie, and he literally said "I don't know." and walked away.“

Food/customer service can be hard so I usually expect unremarkable experiences, but hats off to him, because he was such a pleasant person. The whole crew on was super nice and food was out fast.“

The food was sooo good—the burger was juicy and literally perfect. The place is clean, organized, and just has a really nice vibe. Definitely coming back next time I’m visiting my dad.
