“I haven't eaten at BU since the change in ownership, but I use to order with my co workers all the time in past years. (almost religiously lol)
I decided today to order delivery and got The Maverick burrito (because they no longer have the burrito I really loved) When it was delivered and I took my lunch it looked great! They remembered to remove the jalapenos from my order (thank you!) however it is supposed to have a chipotle sauce on it as well and mine did not have ANY on it. So it left the burrito just...meh. It was good but very bland and semi dry without the sauce.
It was a sad disappointment because I was hungry and couldn't finish it due to the blandness of it.
It's not a deal breaker, I will probably try it again someday but ordering after not having BU for YEARS it was bit of a disappointment.
Delivery isn't the quickest but the driver was super nice and polite, next time I will order and pick it up because I can get it way faster that way than delivery. I am still giving it a four star because, hey things happen but I sure wish that sauce would have been on it because I bet it would have been even better!“

“They were not busy when I went so I was helped immediately. Employees were friendly. You can see them making food from the counter. It took awhile but the food came out hot. They apologized for the long wait. The floor was uniformly sticky throughout the building. The women's bathroom was clean, just sticky floor. My son told me the boys bathroom toilet didn't work. I think they have gotten really expensive for what you get. I haven't been to a Taco John's in awhile but 2 sad chicken burritos and a 6 pack and a pound was well over $30. That is getting out of hand.“
