Mexico Lindo Restaurant | Mexican is a popular spot in Duluth known for its good food, generous portions, and friendly service. Visitors often enjoy the nice lake views from the patio and the great atmosphere, especially if seated in a booth by the window. The restaurant provides complimentary chips and salsa, which guests frequently praise as tasty and a good start to the meal.
The menu features a variety of Mexican dishes, including favorites like fajitas, fish tacos, and the Chipotle burrito with steak, which is well seasoned and nicely chared. Portions are generally large, making it a good place for sharing or leftovers. Many customers find the food to be flavorful, with some dishes, like the Tres Marias enchilada plate, described as delicious with good portions at a fair price. However, some dishes like fajitas may be overly salty and not as well seasoned, and some items, such as chicken nuggets with fries or potato hash browns, may not meet expectations.
Service is often praised for being nice, attentive, and helpful in explaining menu options, contributing to a positive dining experience. While the decor feels old and a bit dingy, the overall experience remains enjoyable for repeat visitors who appreciate the good food, friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere.
