This is a cozy, dark pub spot for when you don’t need a full, varied menu. We popped in during a Saturday evening. My husband had some of Fitger’s own brews, while I was happy to get a Wild State Cider. We shared pretzel sticks, which were hot, soft, and delicious. Great cheese dip, too, with a perfectly thick texture that stayed on the bread. The room is pretty small but wasn't obnoxiously noisy; we had no trouble conversing.
Nice space to grab a quick drink and lots to do in the building. I personally wished they had more options but did appreciate the variety.
I ordered a pizza to go at the bar, the lady who helped me was so so nice. I'd never been in before and she helped me kind of look through the menu. Another new pizza spot for me!

Fitger's Barrel Room is a cozy bar with a welcoming atmosphere. The long bar and whiskey selection are noteworthy, as well as the availability of Fitger's beers. The ambiance varies throughout the day, making it a great place for people-watching. Bartenders are friendly and service is good. In addition to drinks, they offer bacon cheese curds with chili Aoli, which are full of great flavor. Events and shows are occasionally held in a connected room. This spot is recommended for conversation, watching games, or pre-gaming, and is particularly enjoyable on Friday or Saturday evenings.
