The service was excellent. We only tried the appetizers. The lettuce wraps were very tasty and the sauce had a kick to it! The truffle fries were salty and good. The Moscow mule was great!

The experience was normal until we were hounded about donating to some cause. It was werid.I don't think wait staff should directly hit up their customers for donations.

I returned to the Applebee's recently, as my visit a couple of weeks ago had left a great impression. I take back my earlier comments about the service. I was left a bit confused this time. I ordered the "Big Cluckin’ Chicken Sandwich" again, and the food was once more, excellent. However, while taking our order, the waitress mentioned something about her shift was ending, which felt a bit off. Midway through the meal, I asked for more fries, and she brought them out promptly. But then she told me the special I’d ordered wasn’t available anymore despite it still being listed on your website.

I get it, the young lady serving us was ready to end her shift, but claiming the offer was discontinued left me confused and frustrated. I’m not sure if I’ll be back after this.

Great place for game day. They have good promotions. Service was perfect. Food could be a little more seasoned. But overall, it was a good experience and will be back.
