All was splendid from greetings as entered through the door, to outstanding service from Holly to desert. Lovely atmosphere.

This restaurant offers very easy access, convenient parking, great hospitality with excellent service and food. I had the Walleye Milanese with Sautéed Spinach and vegetables. The meal was served hot and was very delicious. The waitress, Lindsay, was very attentive and so pleasant, taking a few brief moments just to chat. This made the evening extra special. I really enjoy this restaurant for its great hospitality and excellent food.

At the day and time we went, it wasn't crowded, so the noise level was low, the way I like it. The hostess was sweet, and our server was attentive and nice. Unfortunately, their computer system went down, so we paid by adding our credit card info on a paper receipt and given a copy. The restaurant is in a lovely area.

A very enjoyable dining experience. The greeting I received by those at the hostess station was very warm and welcoming. I ordered the 8 oz tenderloin. It was done to perfection and delicious. The waitress was very attentive and very pleasant. It was a delightful evening.

If you want good Italian food and a great wine selection in Duluth (or anywhere within 100 miles of Duluth) this is the place to go. Highly recommend the tenderloin bits and strawberries with balsamic glaze for an appetizer (or a light meal if not up for something more substantial). There isn't an entree on the menu I'd steer you from, and I think I've had them all.

Great Italian selection, great wine list, great servers. Our top choice every time when looking to entertain or have a high end experience with a special friend/loved one.

The hospitality , service and food was 5 Star ! I had the dinner special of Pesto Chilean Sea Bass with sides of Risotto and sautéed Spinach. The flavors were absolutely fantastic. A very memorable dining experience.

The Hostess was rude. We were not going to let that ruin our experience. Beverages we great. We all ordered something different. Food was outstanding. I will be back. Portions are huge so you could share. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper we told 2 people not sure if it ever got refilled. All around highly recommend

The food and service were absolutely fantastic! You pay a little more but certainly worth it. I would recommended the steak and strawberry appetizer as long as you like goat cheese. My wife and I have just started getting into red wines and our server was knowledgeable and gave us a very good recommendation on a wine we both enjoyed. We will most definitely be coming back next time we're are in Duluth.

We came here for the first time at the recommendation of our son. The lobster ravioli was delicious, the lobster shrimp linguini tasted overly salty, making us very thirsty, only the waitress never offered us a second drink or refill on our water or wine. That was disappointing and odd for this type of restaurant, in my opinion. Cheese plate had wilted grapes that I would not have purchased from a grocery store, and the whole plate was disappointing. Carrot cake was good. Tiramisu was fabulous. We finally got a water refill when the bill was brought to us!

Servers and staff were timely and polite, and the food wasn't bad, however for the price it provably wasn't worth it.

This place is always a treat, we've been coming here every August during a conference at the DECC for years and they're always able to accommodate a large group, the food and wine is always excellent and staff are wonderful.

Very good food and and excellent service in a lovely atmosphere make thiis a generally worthwhile splurge. It would be even better if they didn't pickle and dime with things like charging for bread.

My recent visit to Bellisio's Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar was a mixed experience, with both high points and notable disappointments. The Meal: We started with the lobster-like escargot, expecting a delicate and flavorful dish. Unfortunately, it consisted of six small, overcooked pieces of lobster drenched in butter, which lacked the texture and flavor we anticipated. For the main course, I had to pivot from my original choice due to limited gluten-free options, ultimately opting for the catch of the day—salmon, accompanied by gluten-free Alfredo pasta. The salmon had a promising flavor but was disappointingly dry, either from over-baking or being held under heat lamps too long. However, the Alfredo pasta was a bright spot, offering a satisfying gluten-free alternative. My dining companion's filet mignon was the meal's highlight: tender, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. However, the accompanying potatoes didn't quite match the quality of the steak and left something to be desired. We finished with crème brûlée, which was the best part of our dining experience—decadent, creamy, and thoroughly enjoyable. The Wine Menu: One significant drawback was the overwhelming and confusing wine menu. While the selection was extensive, it was challenging to navigate, particularly with bottle pricing displayed but no clear indication of single-glass pricing. The wine flight section was incredibly confusing, detracting from what could have been an enjoyable part of the evening. Ambiance and Service: The ambiance at Bellisio's is warm and inviting, with a classic Italian restaurant feel. The service was attentive, though not exceptional, and didn't quite compensate for the other shortcomings of the evening. Pricing: Overall, the pricing at Bellisio's seemed higher than justified. My $40-something meal felt like it belonged in the $30 range, and while the filet mignon was well-prepared, it too seemed slightly overpriced.
