My daughter and I had a long-standing reservation for 7 PM. We came a little early and it was busy so we had to wait for our table. We were sat at a quarter table and booth, the booth side was very very uncomfortable. Our waitress was less than personable. She brought the wrong mocktail to my daughter, hers had ginger beer in it, and the one that she ended up getting had cranberries something in it.... It was not drinkable.. we ordered a Caesar salad to share, with no anchovies. She brought the Caesar salad with anchovies on it, split one with, and one without. Even though we had specifically joked and laughed about anchovies, she took the anchovy plate of salad back and we were still charged for them. When it came to ordering, we asked some questions very specifically about the first pasta item on the list, caramelized, onions, and pancetta. My daughter ordered that and ended up with the fourth one down, Arrianatta sauce with Italian sausage. Should we have said something to our waitress, maybe. But my daughter was not willing to share the feedback at that time. It's unfortunate, because the prices are high and of course we tipped our server more than 20% which indicates that she did a much better job than she actually did.
Chicken Marsala was overcooked with limited marsala sauce. Chicken was dry and difficult to cut. Two out of three ordered this dish. Caesar salads needed more dressing - presented with several huge whole pieces of Romain lettuce with a few scant drizzles of dressing. Dessert was delicious!
Over the decades, we have dined at Bellisio's when visiting Duluth. Friendly, efficient staff, dependable pasta entrees, pricing very reasonable. Last night's dinner kept the streak intact.
I have been her a few times in the last year , the waitress's have been good and professional. The value for the food is not there and not a place for foodies . They do give you a half a box of pasta so most people go home with food , they have figured out a profitable menu . Our table was not level and rocked throughout dinner , my salad showed up after dinner was served. They have the face of a fine restaurant but we have been to too many places. It is in a great location and they have a large good wine list.
Had previously been with husband and loved the lobster ravioli. Brought my mom and daughters - the walleye was good; my Gorgonzola Gnocci and Beef Tenderloin was overcooked — gnocchi dissipating in the sauce, beef bland and overdone. Rigatoni Balsamico ok but rather overpowering; Seafood Linguine good. Tiramisu very good. Paper dessert menus? Very dated interior. Pricing not meeting the outputs. $300 meal in Duluth expectation is good or better, this was a dud.
My husband and I were really looking forward to our dinner at Belissio's. However, our server set a bad tone with her cold reception. No smile, no how are you. We felt that we were a bother to her day. The meal was fine. I weigh service heavily, therefore the 2-star overall rating. We won't be back.
Our server, Molly, was fantastic and took very good care of us. The salad was lovely, however, the Risotto was undercooked and a little too al dente. Very good wine, fun restaurant, would go again.
It was very cold inside the restaurant. The menu hadn't no vegetarian options and was expensive for what we got. The sahmon was dry and the ravioli was undercooked and tasteless.
Authentic Italian food and drink. Big portions.. recommend sharing. Everything was wonderful !
Everything was extraordinary. The food was great and the service was top notch. Definitely always a stop for us in Duluth.

Worth a splurge! The interior was very classy, and my husband and I worried we were underdressed, but the service was so friendly that our fears quickly passed. Every host and server greeted us with a smile, and our waiter, Josh, took great care of us. We started with the Artisan Cheese Platter (excellent), and I enjoyed the super flavorful Pappardelle Seafood Puttanesca and my husband had the Walleye Milanese. There were an overwhelming amount of wines to choose from, so if you’re a wine snob, this place is a must-visit (my husband and I just Googled what wines pair well with our entrees). For dessert, we enjoyed a great creme brulee that wasn’t too sweet. I took home plenty of leftovers.

Stopped in with my wife before a concert. We weren't really looking for anything special, but we certainly found something special at Bellisios! The atmosphere was very nice, and the food was nothing short of AMAZING!! I had the 12 oz. Fillet mignon, and I can honestly say it was the best steak I've had anywhere in the state. My wife was also very impressed with her seafood linguini. Is it a bit on the expensive side? Yes, but you most definitely get what you pay for. I seriously cannot recommend Bellisios highly enough. If you are looking for fine dining in Duluth, look no further.

We stopped in one evening after hiking all day up the north shore. When we walked in, we felt we were not dressed up to the required level, but they assured us we were very welcome, regardless how we were dressed. The food was delicious and the service was superb. We will be coming here again, but this time we will shower and wear nicer clothes!
