We stopped in Friday night and had such a great meal/service. The surf and turf was delicious, cooked to perfection and at a fairly decent price. Will definitely be back!

The atmosphere of the place is very rustic feel. Nice and cozy. The service was spot on and out waitress was delightful. We had some drinks before our meal and when we received our meal. Let's say we were very disappointed with the overall taste and quality. It was really lacking some good seasonings. All in all. Nice evening and I am hoping the chief was off that night. We might give it a try again???

Everything was a nice experience, except the food. Not a single thing tasted good. Over cooked, over seasoned, but like not actually seasoned, just a bunch of hot spice with no other flavor. Just spicy. The jambalaya tasted basically the same as the nachos. Would not recommend, until they get a new taste tester and food approver for their menu.

Overpriced. Not upscale. Food was shockingly bad. The closest comparison would be a Friday's chain. This is not upscale. The meats were all welllllllll overcooked and dry (dehydrated) to the point that when I tapped the chicken on the nachos, it clicked. They are trying to achieve a unique take on traditional dishes, but only deliver shocking disturbing flavor combinations that just don't work. Also, I have had better Arnold Palmers at the cafeteria of my local hospital. They were nice and we humbly kept our critique for this review rather than making them feel bad. Nothing against the staff, but this restaurant just doesn't hit the mark. Save your $$$, go to Dominos!!!

Never felt judge more in my life. Sat at the bar area the last Wednesday Jan 28th to have a couple of beers and have dinner. Food was great and delicious. However it was ruined by the poor bartender service. Upon finishing my meal, I excused myself to the rest room. When returning to my seat I came back to everything being clear away. I asked the bartender where is my drink? Did you think I dined and dashed? He laughed and said yeah kind of. He did pour me another beer at least. But the judgment and the laugh was reprehensible. Highly unlikely I'll return. Filled out a comment on the company website and no response from management, so I figure I'd publicly give the poor review of the unbelievable service I recieved.

We had a great dinner experience. Our server was professional, attentive,, and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious.

1/18/26 We had a dinner after church on last Sunday. We had an amazing dinner. Alicia was very kind and professional waitress/server. Also very helpful in choosing an awesome dinner. Had the herb crusted ribeye, wife had the Salomon entree. They were delicious 😋 Another great place for dinner out! Thank you Alicia and Blackwoods team!

Walleye sandwich was so bad; very fishy tidying. Breading was extremely thick. Onoin rings way over fried. Did sub out a bacon cheese burger for the fish, burger pre-made dry tough and tasteless. Onion rings were more over cooked than the first order. Also ordered bull bites, grisly and fatty. Maybe enough to feed a small bird Cesar salad good but it was not Cesar salad dressing.. very very disappointing .
