Our first time at Blue Rock Grill. They are conveniently located in downtown Duluth on Superior Street. It is a nice cozy place with plenty of seating for its size. Service was polite and attentive without being obtrusive. They have a smaller menu but still have a nice variety of choices. We really enjoy restaurants with smaller menus as it allows them to concentrate on and perfect those items and I will say the food was wonderful. We will definitely be returning to enjoy the wonderful staff and great food.

I was sad to see 7 west go but pleasantly surprised with Blue Rock! The atmosphere, food and service was fantastic. The chicken bacon avocado wrap was probably the best wrap I’ve had at a restaurant. Shout out to my awesome server, Mehla! Made me feel like a regular the second I stepped in the door. 10/10 would recommend.

We live 3hrs away and love coming to Blue Rock when we are in the area for work. Aleah was our waitress and she did a great job!! We enjoyed the Mexican Street corn dip, nachos and cod sandwich.

I really like the soup and tuna bowl. Personally I like this menu more then the old 7 West.
Had an app, two entrees, and dessert, absolutely delicious all around! One of our favorites in Duluth! Also reasonably priced.

Fantastic atmosphere, the cocktails and food were absolutely delicious! The daily specials are creative and will keep us coming back on different days so we can try all of the wines, whiskey, and scotch! I especially love the PB&J Old Fashioned, and am excited to try pretty much everything on the menu. Extremely well done and a must try in the downtown area!!!!!!!

What a great experience! Chris was a fantastic bartender and the Old Fashioneds specifically were dynamite in the cocktail world, but the Bacon and Cheddar burger far exceeded my expectations. My partner had the ahi tuna tacos, and she absolutely was in raptures over it. Thanks for a great experience and we totally recommend to anyone in the downtown area. Only suggestion for improvement is to dim the lights for more of a cocktail atmosphere
Seriously excellent, and will definitely be returning often. Extensive, creative, and fun cocktail list while still nailing the classics. Top notch beer list too.Food was consistent and great flavor. Shoutout to the Mexican Street Corn Dip. Prices and portions were both good- we left full but not too full! Service was great and food came out at a reasonable rate (especially for a new spot!!!).Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!
