We sat at the bar at this rustic restaurant. The wait staff was responsive, attentive and welcoming. I had half a Cobb salad. It was still so large that I couldn't eat the whole thing. It was plump with yummy Cobb salad ingredients: blue cheese crumbles, bacon, ham, turkey, tomatoes, black olives and the dressing was thick, creamy and delicious.

Took our meal well over an hour, very near 90 minutes to be served from time of ordering. There were five of us, 3 adults and 2 children 12 and 13 y.o.
The food was delivered overcooked and cold, inedible in one case.
$200 wasted.
I will not be back.

Indoor or outdoor seating. A nice place to rest those legs while riding the Willard Munger Trailhead going south of Duluth. Great service, the Buffalo House offers a deep menu and a full bar.

The restaurant is very nice, clean and love the lodge type feeling. Food is excellent, This is gonna sound basic but they have specialty burgers. Absolutely amazing burgers. Just unreal. Cheese curds are amazing as well. They have a lot of different items on the menu. But the burgers just can’t be beat. The camp ground is also extremely nice, staff is great. Very polite and friendly. You definitely feel welcome. Cost for camping is a bit pricey. But being open all year, it’s really your only option for winter in the area. Overall great, clean extremely clean when it comes to camp grounds.

This is one of the beat campgrounds I have been at, and I have been at a lot! My husband and i were up in August 2025 for a nice relaxing weekend and it was just that! The check in was a breeze, we were escorted to our site and.was VERY HAPPY with it. We were in walking distance of the Buffalo House restaurant where we went to just before close on Friday night. The wait staff was amazing and even though the kitchen was just about to close, they said we could order some chicken wings, which were delicious! Saturday we went back to bar and had delicious lunch and the staff was just as amazing! Thank you Buffalo House RV park and Buffalo House Restaurant for such a wonderful and relaxing weekend! We will be back next summer!

They could easily cut the sizes of things down AND the prices. There just won't be as many leftovers to take home.
