Emily is AMAZING! Definitely management material took care of our 30+ person party and did an amazing job and this is on a Saturday at lunchtime. Super busy they did phenomenal. The food is great would definitely recommend.

Ordered take-out, the food was finished at 6:50pm, we weren’t even greeted until 7:02 then we were instructed that we needed to wait for one of the drinks to be made, the hostess left and came back at 7:14 and we were finally able to leave with our order complete. The food was obviously cold by the time we got to it, horrible service.

Waited there for 15 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order. Watched them seat someone 5 minutes after we had already been waiting and they got their drinks and ordered before we ever got someone to come to the table. Very unimpressed. We got up and went to Olive Garden instead.

Waited 15 minutes to be greeted at the table and have a drink order put in. Another 15 for the drinks ave food order to be taken and by the time food arrived we just paid for drinks and left. Terrible service and will not return.

We had 2 orders of 20 wings, 10 were hot and the others were cold as if it sat for awhile, it had me wondering if they were at temperature to even eat, we also got an app and drinks, my bill at the end with tip was $110, I would like hot safe to eat chicken. It was 3 in the afternoon and not busy. $110 dollars to spend at a different wing spot now.

We got our main courses and all the food was either cold and stale. One of my friends specifically asked for no tomatoes and the server didn’t confirm the order and his burger came with tomatoes. I got boneless wings and they weren’t hot at all and they were room temp if not on the cold side.

Got our main course and the fries were stale, and our server doesn't listen because I asked for no tomatoes and there was a slice of tomato on there, if I could I would have zero stars for the food and service bc no one should have to pay over $60 for stale and cold and/or room temp food
Stopped by since NOTHING in duluth seemed to be open after our concert. Our server Sam was lovely! He had the whole dining area and kept track of everyone. Very great service and food was definitely on bar with other bdubs locations 👍

Well now I know why this place is it a 3.9! Ordered the Bacon Patty Melt. Came out without any Bacon. The server wanted to argue w me. She kept looking and looking and looking at the sandwich and said, “I think I can see a piece of bacon right there”. Of course she didn’t seem to be able to comprehend that if you have to search and search and search, that means, Go Get Me Some Bacon! Finally she relented! Wife ordered chicken wrap with Honey Garlic Sauce. Wrap came out without any Bacon ZERO SAUCE! We just cancelled that order. Would be a good place to start a restaurant!
