They were decently steady. We got the wrong appetizer, never got the milk with our kids meal, and our server brought out the wrong sides that we ordered. When our appetizer came out wrong and I told the food runner that we never ordered cheese curds, we had ordered everything pretzel bites and he said well we are out of those and walked away. Our server at that time was sitting at a high top in the bar area eating and on her phone. We had yet to even put in our dinner order. I was not impressed and would not recommend this establishment.

Came up from twin cities for vacation absolutely the worst buffalo wild wings ever ordered 25 boneless wings they seemed like they we're someone else's order that they didn't finish and they just reheated the wing's on a frying pan drying out the meat and made it almost burnt couldn't even finish the wing's threw everything away I would have brought them back because I stayed at hotel across the street but I already yelled at the manager because the bathroom floor was covered in piss disgusting and the bar I sat at had spilled drink's all over the table bartender didn't clean off table for me while having a couple drinks waiting for food I'm extremely disgusted and disappointed and look in the kitchen door and see manager texting on phone so I called him out telling him how unprofessional that he is the manager in the back texting while the store was so poorly unattended if this is what the main part of store customers can see I can't even imagine the filth the kitchen must be the customers can't see Duluth is a beautiful city it's too bad this experience made it a bad memory I won't forget

Food was really good! Made an online order with a gift card and was going to leave a tip in cash however, the lady who was bringing the food out from the back made a snide comment to another staff how there was no gratuity added to the order. Definitely didn’t leave a tip after that and most likely won’t be returning

Delighted with the service, the restaurant is what it is, and does it PERFECTLY. 10/10 recommend, so long as you have realistic expectations.
Kid-friendliness: It's a more family friendly sports bar, so exercise your best judgement, but I would have no issue taking my kids here.

Not to be that guy, but the wife and I decided we haven’t had bdubs in a while so we thought heck ya let’s go……… when we walked in they were moderately busy which to be expected on a Saturday at noon. When we sat down we waited 15min just to put in a drink order, finally that came and we placed out main course. She ordered 10 piece boneless wings with fries and I had 10 traditional wings with the new maple chipotle sauce with fries. Here’s where it gets bad, my wings were so dry and over cooked that my fork wouldn’t even get through the meat, and I never received my fries but the new sauce was good, the wife’s wings were also cooked way to long and never received fries. I would say the best part about here was the mtn dew!

When you pay $40 for dinner, you should be able to get fresh hot food. I got served cold very stale french fries. Yuck! The BBQ tradish wings were good, but the teriyaki ones were very disappointing. They tasted like soap. Very crappy dinner.
Me and my sister went here and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a BWW. The server was short and fast with us. “What would you like to drink? Okay” and left “to go boxes? Okay”, I do realize there are other customers to attend to, in this case, I watched him go in the “back” and talk with other employees. There was a group of them standing and talking for at least 10 minutes, all just looking around the room. I do understand there is down time but I think it’s very unprofessional to stand in a group talking in front of customers. The hostess was also fast and short. Said “here’s the menus, the server will be right with you” and walked away. We were not aware that we were supposed to “seat yourself” as another employee stated to us. When our food got to the table, he gave us the food and we didn’t see him again until he asked if we needed boxes. When he brought us the boxes he tossed them on the table and went to another area. Did the same with the bill. Will definitely not come back.

The Asian Zing wings were a hit! The perfect balance of sweet and spicy, with a tangy kick. The wings were crispy and juicy, and the sauce was generously applied. Delivery was quick, and the order was accurate (besides the dredded missing ranch). Definitely recommend for a satisfying wing night!
